These two "Plum Blossom Pictures", the paper, calligraphy, paintings, and seals are all made by one person, but they look like the work of two people. The one on the right was painted by Jin Nong at the age of 75, and the one on the left was created by him at the age of 76.
Jin Nong is a very modern artist, compared with the traditional brushstrokes of the work on the left, in the work on the right, he first painted the plum leaning on the horizontal branches, and then used the flat painting method to fill the main part with ink, this painting technique is very innovative, but also makes the work full of vitality of the times.
