Xu Li, born in 1961, a native of Jianyang, Fujian, is the director of the National Art Creation Art Committee on Major Themes, the vice president of the China Association for International Exchange, the director of the Fine Arts Center of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the director of the Art Committee of the China Artists Association, the chief judge and the director of the jury of the National Art Exhibition, the deputy director of the Office of the Organizing Committee and the Office of the Creation Steering Committee of the "Chinese Civilization and Historical Theme Art Creation Project" of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the executive director of the "Creation Steering Committee" of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
