In order to further strengthen the anti-drug prevention education work on campus, cultivate children's awareness of drug prevention and rejection, and improve their self-protection ability, on June 6, 2024, the South District Street Drug Control Office, together with the community around the city and anti-drug social workers in the South District Street, went to the Second Kindergarten of the South District to carry out an anti-drug publicity activity with the theme of "Big Hands Holding Small Hands, Anti-drug Walking Together" to popularize drug prevention knowledge to children.
During the activity, the anti-drug community explained to the children what drugs are and the dangers of drug abuse through classroom explanations, watching drug samples, and doing anti-drug games. And remind the children to take precautions and not to eat snacks and drinks given by strangers. Guide children to develop good living and study habits, do not come into contact with drugs, do not deliberately imitate the bad habits of others, do not believe in the temptation of blindly following others, and always maintain a high degree of vigilance.
Through this activity, the ability of kindergarten teachers and children to resist the invasion of drugs was effectively improved, and everyone was warned to deeply understand the harmfulness of drugs, enhance their awareness of self-protection, establish a positive and healthy life concept, and adhere to the principle of "cherishing life and staying away from drugs".
