On June 19, the day after signing the agreement on friendly and cooperative relations with Chongzhou City, the delegation of Kočevi City of Slovenia launched a one-day visit to Chongzhou to further enhance their understanding of Chongzhou's education, science and technology, and economic development through visiting schools and enterprises.
In the morning, the delegation first visited Chongqing Middle School, visited the school environment, watched the traditional Chinese paper-cutting art with the theme of 12 zodiac signs, giant pandas, plants and flowers, as well as the ancient Chinese herbal medicine tie-dye and sachet making, and enjoyed the Yale performance, dance and Hanfu performances of the Ya Orchestra, so as to learn more about the school's environmental facilities and comprehensive quality training results. The delegation highly appreciated the school's efforts in inheriting traditional Chinese culture. The two sides said that in the future, they will take the form of online course sharing + offline mutual visits to jointly promote the exchange and integration of the two sides in education.
Subsequently, the delegation came to Minghu Primary School to have in-depth exchanges with teachers and students to learn more about the school's education model and curriculum. Watching the students' calligraphy works, handmade flower displays, empty bamboo performances, etc., applauded and praised the students' wonderful performances. Subsequently, the members of the delegation also experienced the production of Ye'erba, a traditional delicacy in Chongzhou.
In the afternoon, the delegation successively walked into Chengdu Lingyi Technology Co., Ltd., Chongzhou Kangtai Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., and Quanyou Furniture Co., Ltd., visited the company's production workshop, R&D center and multi-functional exhibition hall, further understood the company's technical strength and product characteristics, and felt the charm of Chongzhou's intelligent manufacturing.
Through on-site visits and exchanges, the members of the delegation said that the trip gave them a deeper understanding of the development of education and science and technology in Chongzhou City, and they were full of confidence in the future development of Chongzhou City.
