The owner of the apartment is the owner of a steel trading company, as a middle-aged successful person, he has his own aesthetics and taste for home decoration, and pursues a fashionable and luxurious living environment. At the same time, as a parent of two children, he also hopes that the decoration of the home can meet the children's lively and innocent nature, and provide a safe and fun space for the children to grow up.
According to the living habits and preferences of a family of four, we have carefully designed each space of the duplex room:
1. One-layer setting
The spacious living and dining rooms cater to social and business needs, while the study room is modern and calm, and the children's room is vibrant with bright colors.
2. The master bedroom on the second floor is luxurious and comfortable, the south-facing second bedroom is warm and elegant, suitable for receiving guests, the daughter's room is soft and dreamy, and the lounge and storage room take into account family sharing and practical storage......

When decorating the living room, we chose a beige leather sofa to show the atmosphere and stability; The ceiling is made of square gypsum board combined with magnetic track lights to create a modern sense of fashion. The floor is paved with light gray large-size floor tiles, and the TV cabinet and combination cabinet are suspended to facilitate daily cleaning, and the overall shape and color are simple and atmospheric, which perfectly reflects the customer's pursuit of fashion and practicality.

Clients pursue a casual and free lifestyle, and we combine function and aesthetics in restaurant decoration. Choose beige dining chairs and a white slate dining table to create a simple yet elegant dining atmosphere. The sideboard is equipped with a sheer line light for a modern touch. At the same time, the western kitchen area is added to facilitate fruit cleaning and meet the owner's pursuit of convenient life. The overall design not only satisfies practicality, but also reflects the personality and taste of the owner.
Bedrooms

Clients were looking for the spaciousness and romantic ambience of the master bedroom, and we met this need through thoughtful design. During the decoration, we configured the main light source and auxiliary light to create a warm and romantic effect. Choose wood floors and cocoa custard wall paints, grey door covers and beds, and purple bedding for a harmonious colour palette that is both rich and uncluttered.

When we renovated the guest bedroom space, we equipped the south-facing guest bedroom with a 6-foot queen bed and bedside tables to ensure that the space is spacious and comfortable. At the same time, the use of large bay windows to bring in natural light, and the perfect combination of gray bedding and white walls not only adds a modern feeling, but also reflects the customer's pursuit of simple aesthetics.

In the daughter's room, we carefully selected the wall paint and wardrobe colors to ensure that they work together harmoniously to create a smart atmosphere. The double eyelid top design combined with linear lights not only enhances the layering of the space, but also ensures the sufficient and orderly indoor light, satisfying the customer's dual pursuit of functionality and aesthetics.

When decorating our son's room, we designed a desk connected to the wardrobe to achieve multi-functional integration, making it convenient for hanging clothes and studying, creating a space that is both practical and extensive. The use of large bay windows to increase the sense of space, and the use of no main light design, make the room appear open and bright, avoid a sense of oppression, and meet the customer's expectations for space utilization and visual comfort.
Kitchen

In the kitchen, we designed L-shaped cabinets to maximise space, and the steamer and grill machine is strategically placed under the gas stove for easy access. The upper cabinet is light gray, and the lower cabinet is dark gray, with a white countertop, which is both beautiful and easy to clean. In addition, it is equipped with a large double-door refrigerator to meet a large storage needs, and the overall design takes into account both practicality and aesthetics.
Bathroom

We designed a double washbasin for the upstairs bathroom to ensure that two people can wash at the same time, improving the efficiency of life. The dark wood washbasin and gunmetal titanium door cover are selected, and the combination of colors and materials creates a natural and harmonious sense of space, which meets the customer's dual pursuit of functionality and design aesthetics in the bathroom.

On the second floor of the staircase to enter the leisure area, we adopted a design without main lights, and added a sense of spatial hierarchy through inverted U-shaped line lights on the wall and top. The clever combination of white walls and gray wooden doors not only makes the light brighter, but also creates a modern and comfortable casual environment.
