In order to further improve the awareness of the rule of law and the level of law enforcement among the party members and cadres of the majority of organs, on the morning of June 25, the Gaoqing County Court organized a trial observation activity in the fifth trial court, and the party members and cadres of the Gaoqing County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and other units conducted on-site observation.
The observation trial selected a service contract dispute case, which is typical and educational. During the trial, the plaintiff and the defendant presented evidence, cross-examined evidence, and debated the focus of the case in turn in accordance with legal procedures, and the entire trial process was rigorous, smooth, efficient and orderly.
After the trial, the observers said that through this immersive trial experience, they intuitively understood the trial procedures, deeply felt the standardization and rigor of the judicial procedures, and comprehensively enhanced their legal literacy.
In the next step, the Gaoqing County Court will continue to carry out the activity of "1,000 cadres watching 100 courts", through explaining the law and promoting learning with cases, giving full play to the leading and exemplary role of excellent court trials, and effectively guiding the party members and cadres of the majority of organs to enhance their awareness of knowing the law and abiding by the law, and contributing to the construction of a rule of law government and a rule of law society.
