Some rumors, really, become reality as they spread

As we all know, in recent times, rumors about the remuneration of public funds have been flying all over the sky. For example, "the annual salary of fund managers is capped at 1.2 million", "the salary since 2019 is chased", "the annual salary of more than 3 million must be refunded" and so on. Some people say that it is estimated that a group of fund managers will sell their houses and return their money. (Figure 1)

These rumors have been spread wave after wave, and each time they have been debunked, and today they are finally going to become a reality.

Early this morning, there were rumors in the market that the Recruitment X Bureau asked for a refund of more than 2.9 million salaries that had been paid in 2023 (Figure 2)

Immediately afterwards, the Financial Associated Press issued a document confirming that some public funds under central enterprises began to start salary refunds, requiring annual income exceeding the standard salary refund from 2022, but the salary refund standard is not 2.9 million yuan, but after reaching a certain standard, part of it will be returned. (Fig. 3)

Then, there are various media, gossip is flying all over the sky, and some financial bloggers have come out to confirm that "the refund is true" and so on.

Hey, this kind of small essay is a wave of unsettled waves every time, but there is no wind and no waves, and now I am not sure whether all public offerings will be refunded, but large central enterprises and large enterprises have been affected by public offerings, and there is a high probability that it is true.

Of course, there is one thing to say, this rumor can be traced back to an annual salary of more than 2.9 million (including the previous deferred bonus), which basically has little to do with ordinary public offering practitioners, all of them are head public fund managers + public offering executives, these people rely on drought and flood management fees, they have indeed made a lot of money in recent years, and the family background must be there, so retreat from it.

But if it continues to develop, it is difficult to say that this matter will not befall them for the bottom of the public offering industry, and if they catch up with the fact that the family does not have enough money, and then they are leveraged and full of debts, they will really have to "sell the house and return the money".

Hey, now this environment is really indescribable, and it is no wonder that some friends have listed all the ways to help themselves from unemployment (Figure 4), which vividly reflects the "risk prevention awareness" of the financial circle. Of course, the above are all issues that people in the industry are concerned about. For the majority of people, I know that the thing everyone is most concerned about is: Where did the money from the public offering and salary refund go? Will it be returned to us?
