On June 25, the District Party Committee and the New Jinshan Development Company jointly held a grassroots rule of law observation tour and a "afternoon tea" activity for the rule of law in key parks, aiming to create a better business environment based on the rule of law and effectively guide the enterprises in the park to operate legally and compliantly. Huang Jieguo, Deputy Director of the District Office of the District Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of the District Justice Bureau, and Sun Lijun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the New Jinshan Development Company, attended the event and delivered speeches.
Huang Jieguo pointed out that the purpose of this activity is to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of enterprises, connect the rule of law observation with the needs of enterprises, and the next step will be to upgrade the "Legal Protection Financial Enterprise" mini program into a collection window for rule of law observation suggestions. On the other hand, based on the construction of a preventive compliance system, to achieve more accurate rule of law services and enhance the perception of enterprises, we will further improve the enterprise compliance certification system, support favorable policies will be introduced, and the enthusiasm of enterprises for compliance will be promoted, so that the rule of law will become the backer of enterprise development.
Sun Lijun said that the event was rich in form and diverse in content, the rule of law suggestions put forward by enterprises were of high quality, and the responses of relevant departments were very targeted, which built a bridge of benign interaction between enterprises and government departments, reflecting the effectiveness of the rule of law in escorting the development of enterprises, and also reflecting the determination of the government and enterprises to work together to promote development, which will help further promote the high-quality development of the park.
