First, the characteristics of the line
Route 801 covers many residential areas such as Chenzhang Community, Urban Yijing, Northern Time, Rongchang Garden, Liuyang Jiayuan, etc., and is seamlessly connected to Liuxinzhuang Station of Metro Line 2, effectively connecting Beiguo Yizhuang Shopping Center, Chest Hospital, Zhaotuo Park and other shopping, medical and leisure places, with the elderly accounting for 51.65% of the trip.
Along Route 802, it covers many residential areas such as Yandu Jindi City, Xinyuan Community, Dangjiazhuang, Shanggli, Lianqiang Community, etc., and is seamlessly connected to Gaozhu Station of Metro Line 3, effectively connecting shopping and leisure places such as Beiguo Supermarket Yiyuan Store and Water Park, with the elderly group traveling for 43.62%.
Route 804 covers many residential areas such as Zhuoda Sun City, Hanfu, and Boshuiwan Relocation Area, and is seamlessly connected to Zhongyangling Metro Station of Metro Line 3, effectively connecting to shopping, medical and leisure places such as Beiguo Supermarket Zhuoda Sun City Store, Zhuoda Sun City Hospital, Tianshan Park, etc., with the elderly group traveling accounting for 22.89%.
2. Upgrading and transformation of line hardware and services
In order to effectively meet the travel needs of the elderly group, create a "suitable for the elderly" line riding environment. First of all, 21 5.9-meter low-pedal vehicles were selected to ensure that elderly passengers can get on and off the bus safely and conveniently. Secondly, after strict screening, 27 excellent bus captains were selected, and special training was carried out on the precautions for serving the elderly group to ride safely, so as to improve their service ability and level.
Inside the carriage, there are additional reminders for the elderly, and eye-catching signs and slogans are posted to create an atmosphere of caring for the elderly. At the same time, in order to facilitate the rapid identification of elderly passengers, the information map of the stop signs along the way adopts the design of 50 large characters in black on a yellow background, which makes it a sharp contrast with the ordinary line stop signs, and further improves the travel experience of elderly passengers.
3. 801 road optimization scheme
(1) Reasons for adjustment
In order to effectively fill the gap of Zhiyuan Road bus service, effectively solve the travel needs of the citizens of Hongjin Mansion and Senlin City Community, and improve the connection efficiency between the small street and the trunk bus line and the subway network, after comprehensive consideration, it was decided to optimize and adjust the bus route 801 to better serve the residents of the community along the line and ensure that their travel is more convenient.
(2) Adjustment plan
1. Starting and ending points: Zhaotuo Park to Liuxinzhuang subway station remains unchanged.
2. Route before adjustment: Zhaotuo Road, Chenzhang Street, Liucheng Road, Yuhe Street, Dongliu Road, Shengli Street, Tieyuan North Road, Liuyang Street, Dongliu Road return.
3. Adjusted route: Zhaotuo Road, Chenzhang Street, Liucheng Road, Hongxing Street, Zhiyuan Road, Liudongzhuang Street, Dongyuan West Road, Yuhe Street, Dongliu Road, Shengli Street, Tieyuan North Road, Liuyang Street, Dongliu Road return.
4. Station settings: Zhaotuo Park, Xincheng Community, Mingzhu Street North Exit, Chen Zhang, Chen Zhang Community, No. 7 Middle School, Xiaojiaying Community, Hongjin Mansion, Senlin City, Liudongzhuang Primary School, Liudongzhuang, Yuhe Liucheng Road Intersection, Dongliu Road West Exit, Liuyang Jiayuan, Liuxinzhuang.
5. Operating hours: from 6:30-9:30 to 6:30-10:30 in the morning and from 17:00-21:00 to 17:00-20:00 in the afternoon.
6. Departure interval: The average departure interval is 8 minutes during peak hours and 15 minutes during evening trough hours.

Combined with the opinions and suggestions of the citizens, according to the situation during the trial operation of the 802 Road, the bus group optimized and adjusted the operation time of the 802 Road. The morning is adjusted from 6:30-9:30 to 6:30-10:30, and the afternoon is adjusted from 17:00-21:00 to 17:00-20:00.
