At around 20 o'clock on May 24, the criminal suspect Cheng Moumou, without the approval of the competent department, destroyed 27.69 acres of forest land with hook machines and forklifts in the natural forest of Chengjiadian Southeast Mountain, Fusheng Village, Tawen Aobao Town, Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner, causing the destruction of about 18,500 trees. In the process of criminal suspect Cheng Moumou committing illegal crimes, the police of the Tawen Aobao Special Case Group of the Public Security Bureau of the Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner, together with the Tawen Aobao Town People's Government, the Tawen Aobao Town Police Station, and the staff of the Huori River Forest Farm, rushed to the scene and seized Cheng Moumou, who was committing the crime, and the illegal vehicle in one fell swoop.
On June 19, the Dural Special Case Group of the Public Security Bureau of the Molidawada Ur Autonomous Banner and the police of the Public Security Brigade jointly launched a special attack on the case of intentional destruction of public and private property 5 kilometers west of Twenqian Village, Dural Township. After analyzing and judging the scene of the case and the case materials, it was determined that Leng Moumou, a villager of Yadong Village, Yadong Town, Arong Qi, was suspected of committing a major crime, and after investigation and questioning of Leng Moumou, Leng Moumou admitted the illegal and criminal facts of destroying 94.27 acres of natural forest land, causing 5,939 adult trees and 5,562 young trees to be destroyed.
On June 24, the Tengke Special Case Team of the Public Security Bureau of the Molida Wadaur Autonomous Banner analyzed and judged the case of destruction of forests and woodlands in Daheishan Village, Guoenqikan Village, Tengke Town, and locked Chen, a villager of Wanshanzhuang Village, Tengke Town, Moqi, on suspicion of committing a major crime. After questioning Chen, in front of a large amount of evidence, Chen admitted the illegal and criminal facts of destroying 22 acres of natural forest land and causing the destruction of 15,000 trees.
At present, all the above-mentioned three suspects have been criminally detained by the public security organs in accordance with the law.
The detection of the above-mentioned cases of destruction of forest land and forest trees has further dealt a blow to the arrogance of lawbreakers and criminals who destroy forest resources. In the next step, the Public Security Bureau of the Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner will continue to adopt a high-pressure posture, never tolerate the illegal and criminal acts of destroying forests, grasslands and wetlands, and contribute to the protection of the clear waters and green mountains of Molidawa.
