The drill simulated the early warning, response, coordination, linkage, aftermath and other procedures in the emergency disposal process of chlorine leakage accident of liquid chlorine tanker, tested the cohesion, practicability and operability of the "Comprehensive Emergency Plan for Production Safety Accidents" and "Special Emergency Plan for Special Equipment Accidents", further improved the emergency plan system, and continuously improved the rapid response ability and emergency response skills of personnel at all levels to deal with emergencies.
At the beginning of the exercise, the emergency rescue headquarters adhered to remote command, actual combat training, and accuracy in accordance with the requirements of the drill plan, and fully did a good job in the "135" emergency response. At the drill site, a joint rescue team composed of firefighting, medical, environmental monitoring and other departments wore professional protective clothing, gas masks, and professional rescue equipment to carry out rescue operations in an orderly manner. Firefighters use fire water to dilute the leakage area and reduce the concentration of chlorine in the air; The emergency rescue personnel raced against time to start the search and rescue, and with the cooperation of the medical rescue personnel, the two poisoned people were quickly rescued and the first aid work was carried out in time; Environmental monitors are responsible for detecting changes in the concentration of chlorine in the air to ensure that there is no pollution to the surrounding environment; Logistics support personnel blocked the road to prevent other personnel from entering the accident scene by mistake. In the end, with the close cooperation of the emergency rescue teams, the accident scene was effectively controlled.
