With the goal of "creating a new living room for the gateway of the Bay Area and creating a long gallery of mountains and seas ecology", the landscape design of the Qianhai section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor is committed to building this area into the gateway of the Bay Area, a green valley of mountains and seas, and a spokesperson area for Shenzhen's new gateway image and green spirit. The project is located at the intersection of Baoyuan Road and Shenzhong Passage, covering the Baoyuan overpass, Bao'an International Airport toll station, Jinwan toll station, and the coastal line of the gateway area.

As a characteristic landscape project that reflects the cultural features of Qianhai, Shenzhen, the project closely combines design and construction, and is committed to creating a high-quality ecological gateway for the Shenzhen Bay Area to "breathe the taste of mountains and seas and return to the natural city" by enriching the landscape level along the line, improving the quality of the regional landscape, and increasing the lighting of the coastal night scene.

The project is inspired by the design of "Thousands of Waves of Phoenix, Dream First", using micro-slope terrain to run through the site, presenting the unique form of Phoenix Wings, continuing the smooth curve of Phoenix Wings through micro-slope terrain and flower belts, and comprehensively optimizing the portal interface. On the basis of retaining the existing trees, the greenery on both sides of the viaduct is added to make it naturally integrate with the overpass; At the same time, phoenix trees are carefully planted at the sight interface of the main traffic from Zhongshan to Shenzhen to form a visual composition of the phoenix spreading its wings, further strengthening the theme atmosphere of "phoenix rising tide".

Core landscape: The phoenix wood planting area is laid out in a matrix along both sides of the viaduct, which strengthens the sense of sequence and atmosphere of the portal interface while adding a unique identity to the landscape. As you drive by, you can enjoy the harmonious scenery of the sparse lawn and the garden road. Under the afterglow of the sunset, the phoenix wood and the Bao'an Airport toll station, Metro Line 11 and other elements are even more contrasting, forming a beautiful picture of multiple visions.

Toll station landscape: On both sides of the toll station, tall trees and phoenix trees form an enclosed trend, providing a rich visual sense of hierarchy for car travelers, and also giving the Bao'an International Airport toll station a solemn sense of ceremony. In the station entrance area, phoenix wood and oleander are planted to create a plant combination of "shrub + arbor", enriching the color and level of the plant ornamental surface on both sides of the roadway, and forming a flowery and layered entrance and exit landscape space.

Under the elevated road, the winding garden road is matched with flowering trees, forming a "landscape + flower tree" embellishment effect. Walking through the park under the bridge, the existing dense forest and the newly planted sparse forest and grassland echo each other, showing the unique charm of the new international urban gateway landscape.

Through a unique landscape design and ecological concept, the project effectively enhances the image of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor as a gateway and strengthens the connection between Shenzhen and Zhongshan.
