In order to further do a good job in the fire prevention and control work of the social aspect of the jurisdiction, strengthen the fire safety management of property service enterprises in residential communities, and improve the fire safety awareness of fire prevention and control of property service practitioners, the Changxing Island Fire and Rescue Brigade and the Natural Resources Bureau of the District carried out special training on fire safety of property service enterprises, and the management personnel of property units in the district participated in the training.
On-site explanations are well understood
At the same time, combined with the characteristics of summer fires and the outstanding risks and hidden dangers of fire safety, the recent typical fire cases in the country were taken as the starting point, and explained and guided from many aspects such as the maintenance of fire facilities and equipment, the management of fire truck passages, the management of electric bicycles, the smooth flow of "life channels", the construction of micro fire stations, and the improvement of fire safety risk management and control capabilities of property personnel, and answered the questions raised by the participants.
The trainees are reminded to strengthen the daily fire safety management of the community, regularly clean up the debris in the corridors and pipe wells, check whether the indoor fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment are in good condition, and whether the fire doors are in a normally closed state. The property service enterprises in the district signed and submitted the "Fire Safety Commitment".
Hands-on practice to improve ability
In the practical training session, the supervisors of the brigade organized all the trainees to learn the use of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants and fire hoses, emphasizing the precautions for use, so that the trainees can get started one by one, so as to ensure that everyone will be proficient in the use of fire-fighting equipment.
After the theoretical and practical training, the brigade organized the trainees to carry out the initial fire fighting and fire extinguishing drills, which further improved the ability of the practitioners to resist and respond to sudden fire accidents, and accumulated valuable experience for taking effective measures in time for future fires.
Through this activity, it not only improved the fire safety awareness and self-defense and self-rescue ability of the property staff, but also sounded the fire safety alarm for the property company. In the next step, the brigade will continue to carry out in-depth fire publicity and training to ensure the stability of the fire safety situation in the jurisdiction.
