In order to further promote the construction and development of the trauma treatment center, optimize the diagnosis and treatment process of trauma patients, and continuously improve the comprehensive treatment capacity of trauma acute and critical diseases, recently, Gaotai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine held a quality control meeting of the trauma treatment center in the second quarter of 2024.
At the meeting, Dong Zhixiong, director of the emergency department, summarized and reported on the admission and treatment of trauma patients and the current status of disease assessment in the second quarter of 2024, analyzed the shortcomings in trauma treatment at this stage, and put forward improvement strategies and suggestions.
In the professional training session, the trauma center invited ICU and orthopedic experts to give professional academic lectures on two aspects: "Fluid Therapy for Traumatic Shock" and "Ankle Injury in Orthopedic Trap". Through this training, all medical staff have further deepened their understanding of professional knowledge, improved their skill operation level, and laid a solid foundation for providing more accurate and efficient medical services.
In addition, in the quality control analysis and problem discussion, the implementation of the quality control data and various processes in the previous quarter was analyzed, and the pain points and blocking problems encountered by each department in the actual work were analyzed and solutions were discussed.
Finally, Wang Gang, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the hospital, made arrangements for the work of the hospital's trauma center in his concluding speech, requiring relevant clinical, medical and functional departments to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration, achieve refinement and specialization, provide more efficient, convenient and safe treatment options for trauma patients, continuously improve the quality of medical services, and further enhance the overall professional image of the hospital.
