June 2024 is the 12th National Publicity Month for the Prevention of Illegal Fundraising, in order to further strengthen the prevention and control of the source of illegal fundraising risks, and effectively enhance the people's ability to identify the risks of illegal fundraising and their awareness of rights protection in accordance with the law, the Linshui County Court has taken multiple measures to broaden the coverage of the rule of law publicity on the prevention of illegal fundraising.
All-round publicity to expand the impact
The court organs and dispatched courts use LED display screens to scroll to play warning slogans to prevent illegal fundraising, reminding the public to stay away from illegal fundraising and hold their "money bags"; Brochures on the prevention of illegal fundraising are placed in conspicuous positions in the litigation service hall to facilitate the people who come to the hospital to understand the relevant legal knowledge at the first time, and further cultivate a social atmosphere of "preventing illegal activities by the whole people and actively rejecting illegal funds".
In Linzhou Square, the police officers of the Linshui County Court revealed the "routines" by hanging themed banners, distributing publicity materials, setting up legal consultation desks, etc., combined with common cases of illegal fundraising, and beware of the masses from "entering the pit".
In addition, the cadres and police officers focused on areas with a high incidence of illegal fundraising such as pension and commerce, adopted an interactive method of popularizing the law, went into stores and communities to carry out publicity activities to prevent illegal fundraising, answered the doubts of the masses face-to-face, and reminded the masses to remain vigilant when they encounter fundraising under gimmicks such as "low investment and high returns" and "consumption rebates", and not to fall into the trap of illegal fundraising due to the pursuit of high returns.
A total of more than 300 copies of promotional materials were distributed at the event, and more than 40 people were consulted.
In the next step, the Linshui County Court will continue to promote the normalization, diversification and precision of the popularization of the law on the prevention of illegal fundraising, guide the masses to establish a correct concept of financial management, improve the awareness of risk prevention, and comprehensively build a safety barrier against illegal fundraising.
