There is also an 80-year-old brother who is a little inconvenient for his right foot, who is also actively going up the mountain, and their optimistic spirit deeply infects me.
I suddenly had an idea, life is the same end anyway, one day is the other, it is better to be like them, actively work hard to live, live with high quality, and make every day full of motivation and enthusiasm.
For us, age is actually just a number, and we don't want to set a limit on our age. In the future, as long as my body allows, I will insist on going out once a year and traveling once, and I feel very comfortable and inspired.
02 Self-discipline and exercise.
I insisted on going out and exercising every morning and evening. There is a big square in front of my house, and I will play shuttlecock with my friends for an hour in the morning, and I will square dance with everyone in the evening.

Some elderly friends will say that I am more selfish, but I really focus more on myself when I am old.
When the children need my help, I rush to help, and if I don't need to, I spend more time on myself, invest in myself, and please myself.

05 Dress yourself up every day and be in good spirits.
