Over the years, Wang Ke has insisted on reflecting real life, paying attention to people's livelihood, and caring for nature, infusing the spirit of freehand into realistic techniques, adding vitality to realist Chinese painting. He insists on going deep into life, carefully studying various creative themes, focusing on contemporary characters, and expressing the characters in various creative themes with deep and solid realistic modeling and exquisite and skillful brush and ink skills. Wang Ke has also undertaken many major national historical themes and thematic creation projects, praised the new era through the brush in his hand, and created a number of masterpieces with exemplary value, which have been fully affirmed and praised by all walks of life.
"There are more than 130 works on display in this exhibition, most of which I have created in recent years, including major historical works and sketches, sketches, freehand figures, and a small number of flower works and landscape works. Today, I returned to my hometown of Weifang to hold an exhibition, hoping to be recognized by my hometown parents, and at the same time, it is also a process of learning and exchange, which can spur and encourage me to continue to work hard in the future. Wang Ke said.
The works on display are full of pen and ink, both tough and soft, and the strong pen and ink spirit of the characters in his pen and the implication of pure ink and wash work all show the author's excellent ability to control pen and ink, and the momentary character state and life spirit of the work are blended with the author's pen and ink, showing the fine brushwork, the pursuit of accuracy and attention to expressiveness, and the creative characteristics of both sparse and simple pen and ink are vividly displayed. At the same time, the work shows a spiritual height beyond the technique itself in the language of pen and ink, so that the work has a full and rich spiritual connotation, and the brushwork is natural, showing a positive atmosphere and strong character.
In the afternoon of the exhibition, a seminar on Wang Ke's works was also held, and the guests had a heated discussion on the sketching of Wang Ke's works, expressing their opinions and speaking freely, and the atmosphere was high and warm.
The exhibition will last until August 5, and interested citizens can visit the Rotunda Art Museum in Weifang Junhan International Hotel for free.
