It is expected that from 08:00 on July 24 to 08:00 on July 25, there will be thunderstorms with strong winds or hail of magnitude 8 or higher in parts of central Inner Mongolia, eastern and southern Liaoning, north-central and northern Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, eastern Beijing, Tianjin, central and western Shandong, northern and western Henan, western Sichuan Basin, and southeastern coastal areas of Guangdong, among which, some areas in southern Liaoning, southern Hebei, and northern Shandong will have thunderstorms and gales of more than 10; Central Mongolia, eastern Jilin, eastern and southern Liaoning, southern Gansu, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, eastern, eastern and northern Shandong, western Henan, western Hubei, south-central Zhejiang, eastern Fujian, southwestern Sichuan Basin, western and southeastern Yunnan, southeastern coastal Guangxi, northeastern Hainan Island and other places will have short-term heavy precipitation with hourly rainfall greater than 20 mm, of which, southwestern Mongolia, northern Shaanxi, north-central Shanxi, central Hebei, central and eastern Beijing, Some areas in the north and west of Tianjin, the southwest of the Sichuan Basin, and Taiwan Island have hourly rainfall of more than 50 mm, and the maximum can reach more than 80 mm.

It is expected that during the day on July 24, there will be high temperature weather above 35 °C in the eastern part of the southern Xinjiang Basin, Tianjin, Hebei, central and western Huanghuai, Jianghan, Jianghuai, Jiangnan, northern and eastern South China, and eastern southwest China, among them, the maximum temperature in the eastern part of the southern Xinjiang Basin, southwestern Huanghuai, Jianghan, western Jianghuai, Jiangnan, northern South China, Chongqing, northeast Guizhou and other places will reach 37~39 °C, and the local temperature in central and northern Jiangxi, northern Hunan, Turpan Basin and other places can reach more than 40 °C.

It is expected that from 08:00 on July 24 to 08:00 on the 25th, there will be heavy to heavy rain in parts of northern Shaanxi, central Shanxi, most of Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, northwestern Shanxi, western and southern Sichuan Basin, eastern Gansu, southeastern Zhejiang, eastern Fujian, Taiwan Island and other places, among which, there are heavy rainstorms in parts of southwestern Sichuan Basin, Taiwan Island and other places, and extremely heavy rains (250~600 mm) in the eastern and southern parts of Taiwan Island. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (the maximum hourly rainfall is 30~60 mm, and can exceed 80 mm locally), and there are strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds locally.
