It is expected that from 20 o'clock on July 27 to 20 o'clock on July 28, there is a high possibility of flash floods in some areas of northeast Liaoning, central and western Jilin, and southern Hunan (orange warning), among them, the possibility of flash floods in southern Hunan is very high (red warning), and the counties (cities, districts) involved in the warning area are shown in the following table.
