The 33rd Summer Olympic Games opened in Paris, France, and the intelligent driving C12AI bus developed by CRRC Electric, a subsidiary of CRRC Group, will provide a comfortable and convenient travel experience for global travelers and local citizens.
The C12AI bus is 12 meters long and relies on intelligent driving, intelligent power, and intelligent interconnection, and implements real-time interaction of dynamic information between people, vehicles, and roads in an all-round way. Currently, the bus serves the Paris 393 bus line and started carrying passengers in September last year.
The vehicle is designed with a retractable floor at the entrance and exit to facilitate passengers to "board the bus in one step".
In addition, CRRC Electric cooperated with a number of France companies to optimize the "intersection priority pass" technology, triggering the priority pass signal when approaching the intersection, shortening the waiting time at the intersection and reducing the travel time of the entire section from 40 minutes to 23 minutes. It will provide a strong boost to improve the quality of public transport services and improve the efficiency of public transport in Paris.
