According to data from the China Port Association, the top three container terminals for sea-rail intermodal transport in China's ports in 2022 are Ningbo Beilun No. 3 Container Terminal, Ningbo Beilun No. 1 Container Terminal, and Yantian International Container Terminal, with transit volumes exceeding 550,000 TEUs, 440,000 TEUs, and 230,000 TEUs, respectively.
In terms of water-water intermodal transport, Shanghai Shengdong International Container Terminal will exceed 5.2 million TEUs of water and water transit in 2022, Shanghai Guandong International Container Terminal will exceed 4.9 million TEUs, and Nansha Port of Guangzhou Port will exceed 4.6 million TEUs, ranking among the top three respectively.
