After turning around, he is the capital judge who "loves to toss".

I finally met the capital judge in the early morning of a dog day in Beijing. As soon as he finished his execution, he changed out of his gray uniform soaked in sweat and smiled shyly. Mao inch head, Chinese face, speak crisply, walk with the wind, after many years of changing jobs, Wu Aijun can still see the traces left by his military career.

After turning around, he is the capital judge who "loves to toss".

From the "capital guard" dressed in olive green to the capital's political and legal cadres and policemen who escort safety, over the years, Wu Aijun has been awarded a third-class meritorious service once, commended twice, and was rated as an outstanding Communist Party member three times. He said that moving toward the set goal, step by step, and always moving forward firmly is the truth that the army has taught him, and he will benefit for life.

Go to be a soldier, be a good soldier

"On the one hand, I want to train myself, and on the other hand, I see the soldiers on the front line of flood fighting, and I especially admire them." In the winter of 1998, after a year and a half of studying computer science at a junior college, 20-year-old Wu Aijun made a major decision - to join the army.

Hearing the news, the parents who are in the old revolutionary base area of Hunan are not surprised, after all, since he can remember, Wu Aijun, who loves to toss, is not a "good" child who makes people worry. Before leaving, the parents held back their worries and reluctance, and just told their son to try to be a good soldier.

The dream of camouflage is always youthful and enthusiastic, but Wu Aijun, who has just joined the army, quickly realized that it is not easy to be a good soldier. In the face of an unfamiliar environment, strict organizational discipline, and super-intensive training, the once confident "recruit egg" was a little caught off guard.

"The walls are very slippery. Climb with only one rope, step on one foot, and your body will shake like a pendulum, and you can't go up at all. "I was repeatedly frustrated in the training of building climbing subjects, and the piercing "Okay?" sounded in my ears again and again. Wu Aijun was confused.

Is he really suitable for the army? I've already experienced the life in the barracks, do you want to stay for 2 years and leave? With hesitation and reluctance in his heart, Wu Aijun decided to try his best to give it a try.

After turning around, he is the capital judge who "loves to toss".

In those days, he almost tied himself to the training ground, sweat leaching salt flowers on his camouflage uniform, and his palms were also ground by ropes to show blood marks. The back of the camouflage climbs higher and higher, the movements become more skillful, and there is an answer little by little.

"In the dictionary of soldiers, there should be no 'give up'. No matter how busy or tired you are, even if you don't sleep or eat on time, you will definitely complete the task. With this momentum, Wu Aijun gradually adapted to the rhythm of the army, and successfully passed the soldier examination, entered the military academy, and stayed in the school after graduation.

In the eyes of others, when Wu Aijun's life was about to go according to plan, he found a new challenge for himself - self-study law. "The main thing is that I have a yearning for the rule of law. The leaders and colleagues around me also encouraged me, if I don't try, how do I know if it can't work? ”

Learning from scratch is not easy, and in addition to the heavy work and training every day, Wu Aijun will always find time to concentrate on studying. In order to gnaw the hard bones of the self-examination of law as an undergraduate, he used several sets of headphones in half a year just to listen to lectures, and professional books were turned up.

In the cold and summer, Wu Aijun not only successfully passed the self-examination for law, but also successfully obtained a full-time graduate degree in law at Lanzhou University, which also became a stepping stone for him to change to a teaching staff in the political theory teaching and research department of the military academy.

College cadets, army recruits, college graduate students, the green youth years have imprinted a solid footprint. Wu Aijun said that the biggest gain in the army is to let yourself see that love to toss is not a bad thing sometimes, "When you find a goal that you are willing to strive for, you will have endless motivation." You will pay attention to it, practice it, and let it be the North Star, guiding the way in the night, and moving forward. ”

Demobilized soldiers can't admit defeat, right?

In 2011, the restructuring and reform of the system of armed police academies and training institutions was fully launched, and the number of armed police academies and academies was reduced from 27 to 14, and Wu Aijun's unit also faced the withdrawal and merger.

"In fact, it's like a recent college graduate, and even the practical experience in the court is not as good as theirs." Bidding farewell to the barracks, Wu Aijun has a new identity: a judge's assistant.

After reporting to the new unit for a period of time, sometimes walking on the way to work, Wu Aijun would still feel that "it doesn't seem to be true". Early in the morning, I boarded the subway, grabbed the handrail, and looked around, the passengers were bustling, and the flow in front of me was no longer a neat queue, and there was no familiar password in my ears. This year, he was already thirty-five years old.

In order to catch up with the "big army" of the court, the "newcomers" of the court who are not young have started the "acceleration" of learning and learning: watching the judge handle the case, familiarizing themselves with the work process, and increasing their experience in handling cases; Work overtime to study the file, study and judge the focus of the dispute, and understand the case thoroughly......

Through a seemingly clumsy but serious way of learning, Wu Aijun touched the door little by little. The feeling of hard work reminded him of the time when he first entered the barracks - under the sunset, the recruits held on to the ropes, let the sweat slide down their foreheads, and their whole bodies tensed and exerted, moving little by little towards the end of the climb.

After turning around, he is the capital judge who "loves to toss".

In this way, after a few years of "crawling and rolling" in the court, Wu Aijun not only completed the transformation from the army to the locality, but also put on the robe that he had in mind. As a first-time judge, an administrative case is still fresh in his memory: because of tax evasion by an enterprise, the tax bureau of a certain district cancelled its qualification for tax incentives for high-tech enterprises, and the two parties went to court.

During the trial of the case, Wu Aijun learned that the company did not maliciously evade taxes, and paid back taxes, but only exceeded the time limit. The cancellation of the tax bureau is justified, but the follow-up operation of the enterprise needs more opportunities, and Wu Aijun knows that mediation is the best way to resolve disputes.

"This company still provides a lot of jobs for the district." "You see, the taxes were paid in full afterwards." "If the qualification is revoked, the business will indeed face greater difficulties." ……

Just like the difficulty of training the troops, Wu Aijun and the Taxation Bureau "competed". In order to regain the vitality of the enterprise, Wu Aijun found a new entry point again and again, and communicated online and offline many times, and finally, with the support and cooperation of the tax bureau, the company was reborn and the case came to a successful end.

From the army to the locality, it is not only the military uniform that is goodbye, but also a way of survival, a way of life and a way of thinking. Looking back on the years of turning around, Wu Aijun said frankly that in the face of the ensuing difficulties and challenges, he also had times when he wanted to give up, but there was always a voice in his heart cheering, "We are demobilized soldiers from the army, and we can't admit defeat at any time, right?" ”

The needs of the people are the direction of efforts

After turning around, he is the capital judge who "loves to toss".

In recent years, with the improvement of the public's awareness of the rule of law and the integration of filing, adjudication and enforcement, the number of property preservation cases has increased significantly. During the work adjustment, Wu Aijun became a post judge of the Third Intermediate People's Court in Beijing.

Focusing on the pain points reported by the parties, such as the long circulation cycle of preservation and low enforcement efficiency, Wu Aijun adopted a two-way in-depth investigation of "party + judge team" and found outstanding problems such as large workload and high repetition of property preservation document entry under the traditional enforcement model.

In the face of new problems, Wu Aijun, who loves to toss, has a new idea: property preservation adopts standard documents, and at the moment of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the use of software to automatically generate documents is not only operable, but also will avoid the shortcomings of manual processing of repeated documents.

The time taken by the executive judge to "toss" software programming seems to some to be a bit unprofessional. In the capital intermediate court, in the face of the increasingly diverse judicial needs of the people, Wu Aijun's work is not easy. But after much thought, he was determined to try. "The people's judges must go where the people need it most. The needs of the people are the direction of our efforts. ”

In order to verify his ideas, Wu Aijun bought programming books and courses at his own expense, and spent his weekday evenings and weekends learning the Python programming language on his own. After almost continuous exploration, he successfully developed an auto-generated applet and promoted it in the Third Intermediate Court.

With the help of the new software, the production time of relevant documents has been reduced to 20% of the previous time, and the energy of the case-handling personnel has also been liberated from mechanical repetitive work and more fully devoted to the trial and execution of the case.

Over the years since joining the court, Wu Aijun has done many similar innovative micro-initiatives. Combined with the characteristics of property preservation case handling, he also created the "online + offline" dual-track "Property Preservation Information Form", which makes the real-time progress, important nodes and core matters of case handling clear at a glance, and effectively avoids the omission and overdue of property investigation and control measures.

After turning around, he is the capital judge who "loves to toss".

To realize civil rights and better interpret the temperature, intensity and depth of judicial work in the new era, Wu Aijun said frankly that there is still a lot that can be done in the implementation of work. After staying in the office for a long time, he packed up his materials, hummed a familiar military tune, and started a new mission to go out.

During the morning rush hour, the court's police cars were at full throttle, blending in with the rolling traffic ahead. The demobilized soldiers in the car know that in the face of new challenges, there is more work waiting for them to "toss".
