Interview: According to the comprehensive results of the written test and the physical fitness test results (the three physical fitness scores are converted into a 100-point score * 30% + the 100-point score of the written test * 70%) from the high score to the low score according to the ratio of 1:3 to determine the interviewers, and the end of the scores are tied together to enter the interview, and if the interviewers do not reach the proportion, the interview opening ratio can be reduced to 1:2 with the consent of the recruitment leading group.
The interview shall be conducted in the form of a structured interview with reference to the interview method for the open recruitment of staff in public institutions, mainly examining the contents of physical form, grooming, language expression, communication and professional ability.
The interview will be scored on an on-site 100-point scale. The interview team should evaluate each applicant objectively, fairly and impartially, collectively score on the spot, highlight the score on the spot, and summarize the results on the spot.
Comprehensive score: The combined score of the written test score and the physical fitness test score ×50% + the interview score ×50%.

(6) Personnel determination and publicity
