Zhang Weiwei, Dean of the China Research Institute of Fudan University, Li Benqian, Dean of the Institute of Intelligent Communication of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Guo Ke, Dean of the School of Journalism of Shanghai Wai Chinese University, Wang Feng, Dean of the School of Journalism of East China Normal University, Shen Yi, Director of the Research Base of International Cyberspace Governance of Fudan University, and other experts and scholars attended the event.
Focusing on the theme of international cultural exchanges and Chinese culture going out in the Internet era, this event summarized the successful experience of Shanghai's online cross-cultural exchange cooperation, showed the achievements of Shanghai's online Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges and integration, and discussed how to silently spread Chinese culture through the Internet in the new era and new environment, explore new paths and more efficient ways for Chinese culture to go global, and contribute to the construction of Shanghai as an international cultural metropolis and a community with a shared future for mankind.
In the keynote speech session, Yao Fei, co-founder and COO of Papergames Games, gave a speech entitled "How domestic games go global when it is time to go overseas". Yang Chen, Vice President and Editor-in-Chief of China Literature, delivered a speech entitled "IP Goes Global: Let Good Stories Continue". Zhou Yi, vice president and editor-in-chief of Bilibili, delivered a speech entitled "Continuous Innovation, Exploring International Communication Methods on the Platform Side". Ren Shuang, Vice President of Xiaohongshu, delivered a speech entitled "Empowering Culture to Go Overseas and Jointly Promoting the Development of World Cultural Diversity". Sun Siqi, a reporter from Shanghai Media International Communication Center, gave a speech entitled "Evolution: My New Practice at ShanghaiEye". Zhang Weiwei, Dean of the Institute of China Studies at Fudan University, gave a speech entitled "The Chinese Style of Online Cross-Cultural Communication". Li Benqian, Dean of the Institute of Intelligent Communication of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, gave a speech entitled "Communication Innovation in the Era of Big Data and AI".
A roundtable discussion was also held at the site to set up a stage to show the charm of international communication, and to exchange and share relevant thoughts on the exchange and innovation of Chinese and foreign cultural networks.
The conference was jointly guided by the Cyberspace Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, the Information Office of the Shanghai Municipal Government and the Shanghai Cultural Development Foundation, hosted by the Shanghai Internet Industry Federation, and jointly organized by The Paper and Yangpu District Financial Media Center.
