Today (August 5), hundreds of owners gathered in the sales department of the community, and then several owners' representatives negotiated with the developer under the witness of the police.
Community owner: "After negotiation, we have communicated this matter many times, and then the developer and the property are 'kicking the ball'. The first problem now is that the parking space is very small, the private parking space cannot be used, and you can't get out after parking, and you can't climb out of the sunroof every time. The second point is the parking space delivery standard, there is no floor paint, a blank, the following are all big pits and small pits, and there is a voucher for 200 civil air defense parking spaces when buying a house, and now the voucher of 50,000 yuan is not cashed out, nor is it processed, so it has been consumed. ”
The owners told reporters that after the delivery of the real estate, they found that the underground parking lots of several of them had changed from the original two floors to one floor, and the parking spaces had also become tight.
At present, some owners have purchased parking spaces, but most of the owners believe that the parking spaces in the community are only 2.3 meters wide, which is less than the minimum standard of 2.4 meters stipulated by the state, so everyone is reluctant to subscribe to parking spaces.
The owners said that the developer is now asking for a subscription fee for the parking space, because the parking space is too narrow and they don't want to buy, but if they don't buy the temporary park, it will cost 20 yuan a day.
To this end, the owners hope that the developer and the property can re-plan, cash in the parking space voucher, and solve a series of problems such as insufficient security, poor sanitary environment, high property fees, and high temporary parking fees.
The owner of the community: "Now we don't dare to park our parking spaces at all, they lock all the parking spaces in the basement, and there is no way for our cars to park when they drive in." ”
Community owner: "During today's negotiation process, the developer publicly said that we are going to sue the house for not meeting the standard, and let us go to the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. ”
In the face of reporters' interviews, the developer was reluctant to face the camera, and the owner said that there was no progress in the morning negotiation, and they would continue to report to the relevant departments after that.
