The 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival holiday is approaching, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism reminds tourists:
1. Arrange travel reasonably. Pay attention to the travel tips issued by the tourism, public security, transportation, meteorology, foreign affairs and other departments, and be cautious when traveling to destinations with poor traffic, climatic conditions and safety conditions. Reasonably plan the travel route and time, and choose a qualified travel agency. Do not go to undeveloped and unsafe areas.
Second, do a good job of safety protection. When participating in high-altitude, high-speed, water, diving, exploration and other high-risk projects, take protective measures according to your own health conditions. Check the condition of your car before your road trip to avoid fatigue driving and drunk driving. When traveling in a motor vehicle or public transport, wear your seatbelt at all times. When taking a sightseeing cruise, wear a life jacket according to the regulations, and refuse to take a sightseeing cruise ship that is not equipped with necessary life-saving equipment.
3. Be alert to fire risks. With the advent of autumn, the unfavorable factors of meteorological and phenological conditions increase, and special attention should be paid to fire safety during the tourism process. Do not bring fire to the mountain, and do not smoke, barbecue, or use open flames in places where flammable materials such as vegetation and leaves are abundant, or where there are fire prevention tips. Strictly abide by the fire protection and various safety management regulations of the place. When staying in a hotel, understand the emergency evacuation route, and do not lie on the sofa or smoke in bed.
Fourth, advocate civilized travel. Understand and respect the culture and customs of the tourist destination in advance, and abide by various laws and regulations, social morality and public order and good customs during the trip. Follow the tips for visiting the site, protect the ecological environment, and take care of cultural relics and historic sites. Consciously practice the "CD-ROM action", low-carbon conservation, and green travel.
