BYD launched the EYT 2.0 pure electric yard tractor for the European market for the first time, which is specially designed for logistics and transportation scenarios such as ports and terminals. The EYT 2.0 retains the offset cab for its ruggedness and agility with a total weight of up to 75 tonnes, making it easy to handle large containers and trailers. The car is also equipped with a BYD blade battery, which can work for up to 16 hours, and can charge quickly and efficiently, greatly improving transportation efficiency.
In addition, the ETM6 and ETH8, the star models of the BYD truck family, were also presented to the public at the exhibition. The 7.5-ton medium-duty truck ETM6 is dedicated to the field of urban logistics, and the 19-ton heavy-duty truck ETH8 is used in the fields of urban cleaning and urban logistics. Both models are equipped with BYD's platform developed specifically for pure electric trucks, with a range of 200 and 250 kilometers respectively at full load, and perform exceptionally in terms of safety, energy efficiency and performance.
