The evaluation and publicity of the food safety "red and black list" of food business units

In order to further deepen the main responsibility of food safety enterprises, effectively strengthen food safety supervision and management, continuously improve the level of food safety governance, and prevent potential food safety hazards, Lintan County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau has implemented the "red and black list" evaluation and management mechanism of catering service units in the county. According to the results of the on-site inspection, the list of "red and black lists" of food business units is now announced as follows:

Units rated as Red List:

Reasons for being on the list: 1. The documents are complete and publicized in a conspicuous position; 2. The main responsibility for food safety is in place, and the "daily, weekly, and monthly" working mechanism is effectively operated; 3. The kitchen operation and processing area is clean and tidy, the "three prevention" measures are effectively implemented, and the cleaning and disinfection of dining utensils are in place; 4. The storage and management of food raw materials are in place, and they are stored off the ground and from the wall, and are classified and partitioned; 5. The inspection system for the purchase of food raw materials is in place, and all kinds of records are filled in standardly.
