Reflection on teaching
- Reflection on Teaching Effect: Through practical operations and interactive games, this course allows students and parents to deeply understand the importance of concentration in sports. Most of the students and parents reported positive feedback that they had a better understanding of the concept of concentration through hands-on activities.
- Suggestions for improvement: In the future curriculum design, more kinds of physical activities can be added to enrich the curriculum content. At the same time, the activity process was further optimized to ensure that the time allocation of each link was more reasonable and the efficiency of the course was improved. Consider adding some psychological counseling sessions to help students better regulate their emotions and improve their concentration.
