Good news to the general secretary丨Xiong'an International Trade Center project: robots "group" to work
Tower cranes are lined up, machines roar, and welding sparks bloom...... On September 14, under the clear blue sky of autumn, more than 4,000 workers and 4 robots were busy in an orderly manner at the construction site of the Xiong'an International Trade Center project in the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area.

The Xiong'an International Trade Center project integrates high-quality office, commercial, hotel apartments and aviation services, with a total construction area of about 1.06 million square meters. At present, the pile foundation engineering and raft of the project have been completed, the terminal building has been broken out of plus or minus zero, and the rest of the buildings are undergoing basement construction.
In May last year, General Secretary Xi Jinping came to the construction site of the Xiong'an Intercity Station and the International Trade Center project, looked at the sand table, boarded the platform, overlooked the construction site, and learned about the progress of the planning and construction of major infrastructure projects and key relief projects in the start-up area. The general secretary pointed out that it is necessary to work the construction of a three-dimensional comprehensive transportation network, make full use of underground space, and strive to build a future city without "urban diseases", and truly turn the high-standard urban planning blueprint into a high-quality urban development reality. The builders kept in mind the entrustment of the general secretary and turned their sincere care into an inexhaustible driving force for struggle. Today, the Xiong'an International Trade Center project is growing in the sweat of the builders.

The terminal is one of the landmark buildings of the China World Trade Center project. The reporter saw at the scene that a spiraling steel structure building was like a vibrant tree, standing majestically.
"It's called the 'Tree of Life' and is the main load-bearing structure of the terminal." Zhang Tao, head of the engineering management department of Xiongshang Real Estate Company of Xiongan Group, said that there are four floors underground in the terminal, with a depth of about 30 meters, which are the city floor, the station hall floor, the platform floor, and the baggage mezzanine. The trunk height of this "tree of life" is 22 meters. After the completion of the terminal, the aviation functions of Beijing Daxing International Airport will be extended to the Xiong'an New Area, where passengers can check in, check in their luggage and other procedures, and then take the Beijing-Xiong Express to Beijing Daxing International Airport.

At present, the "trunk" of the "tree of life" has been hoisted and the local node position of the "canopy" is being welded. At the construction site, more than a dozen welders skillfully welded on the tall "canopy" steel beams, and the brilliant welding sparks seemed to be full of flowers.
"The construction of the 'tree of life' cannot tolerate sloppiness, how to firmly guard the quality lifeline? The only way to do this is to vigorously carry out technological innovation. Zhang Tao said that by organizing experts to conduct multiple rounds of technical discussions and repeated experiments, they innovatively adopted multi-layer multi-channel dislocation welding technology, that is, through the multi-layer multi-channel welding process, the irregular weld gap of different widths and the larger weld gap were processed into standard weld gaps, and then the standard welds were closed and welded. The application of this technology reduces the welding stress of wide welds and ensures the welding quality. In this way, layer by layer, layer by layer, the "branches" that intersect each other grow tightly together, which is unbreakable and integrated.

In addition to innovative technology, the construction of the ITC project also strictly controlled every detail of the construction.
Zhang Tao has to go to the project site twice a day to conduct inspections, rain or shine. He carried a copy of the "Xiong'an International Trade Center Project Steel Structure Construction Instruction Manual", which detailed the operation specifications, technical requirements and inspection control points of each process such as steel entry, casting entry, and on-site assembly: when the steel enters the site, data inspection, appearance quality inspection, size inspection and witness re-inspection should be carried out; When assembling components for tire frame positioning, each node should be welded firmly, and each part should ensure that the dimensional accuracy reaches the standard......

Zhang Tao has long been familiar with the operating specifications and technical parameter requirements in the "Manual". Walking on the construction site, he stopped for a while to check the appearance and storage of steel, paint and other materials, and communicated with the construction personnel and supervisors for a while...... It often takes more than an hour to complete a round of inspections. "The inspection work must be meticulous because every detail is related to the quality of the construction." Zhang Tao said.
While Zhang Tao was inspecting the above-ground buildings of the "Tree of Life", four robots, including the ground leveling robot and the ground leveling robot, were also working in an orderly manner in the underground urban buildings. Some of them walk straight forward, while others deftly swing their arms to smooth out the concrete floor. "These robots can improve work efficiency while ensuring construction accuracy. For example, the ground smoothing robot can control the flatness deviation within 5 mm, and the construction efficiency can reach 400 square meters per hour. "Staff introduction.
What excites Zhang Tao is that in addition to the four robots that have been applied, next, the ITC project will also introduce and apply a total of 13 robots and aerial building machines, such as surveying robots, bricklaying robots, and indoor spraying robots.
"With more robots coming to work in the later stage, I believe we will be able to further improve the quality of construction and make every building thrive." Zhang Tao said confidently.
