"Industrial upstairs" building refers to a multi-storey plant with high versatility and high intensification characteristics of similar industries, in line with national general building standards and current norms and policy requirements such as fire protection, energy conservation and environmental protection, and the nature of the land is industrial land, with a high floor area ratio, building height and number of floors, and can be equipped with industrial elevators, and integrates production, research and development, and test functions.
As the main urban area, where does the land come from? In order to accelerate the development of aviation-led industries, Qingyang District has planned an aviation intelligent manufacturing industrial park covering an area of 4,800 acres. Since 2022, within the Ring Expressway of the Aviation New City, Qingyang has gradually increased 942 acres of industrial land and transferred nearly 600 acres of industrial land. From the outside, these brown, beige and gray buildings look like ordinary office buildings, but the interior of the buildings is "different". In order to better meet the needs of industrial upstairs, at the beginning of the design, the buildings in the park were upgraded uniformly - the first floor is 8-10 meters high, the second and third floors are 6 meters, the fourth floor and above are 4.4 meters, and the load bearing is 1.2-3 tons/square meter. "The first, second and third floors can be used for production and trial production, and the fourth floor is up for R&D and office. This design comprehensively considers the production needs of aviation enterprises. Li Ting said that through the composite use of space, a building is truly an industrial ecological chain.
Many details are designed to highlight the intentions. How does the equipment go upstairs? The park building is designed with a staggered platform for enterprises to load and unload goods, supplemented by movable railings to provide convenience for enterprises. How is the service guaranteed? The park has designed auxiliary facilities such as conference rooms and canteens, and will also open new bus routes with the increase of settled enterprises to serve the production of enterprises.
"How to practice industrial upstairs? Everyone is inexperienced. Therefore, at the beginning of the construction of the park, we went to Shenzhen to learn from its advanced experience. Jiang Hu introduced, the first is equipped with a 750 square meters of clean production workshop, through the introduction of advanced air purification system, to achieve the effective removal of dust, particles, bacteria and other pollutants in the air, to further improve the yield and consistency of products. In addition, it is equipped with an environmental laboratory with a vast space of 1,500 square meters to provide strong support for product development, verification and delivery.
Not far from Chengdu Zhimingda, Sichuan Taili Technology Co., Ltd., a "neighbor" mainly engaged in drone and other businesses, is in full swing renovation.
