Recently, the state has introduced a series of subsidy policies to encourage the birth of two and three children, and the community has taken on the important task of effectively passing these policies into the hands of every resident. Recently, the agent of the Hanban community of Youban Town has been actively involved in the implementation of the two-child and three-child subsidy policy, providing residents with assistance and agency services for handling subsidies.

There will also be some difficulties and misunderstandings along the way, such as some residents have a wrong understanding of the policy, or it is difficult to prepare application materials due to complex personal circumstances. For all kinds of special situations and problems raised by residents, the agent will record them in detail, and consult the superior department for solutions in a timely manner, and then give feedback to the residents as soon as possible. The agent is always patient and enthusiastic and does their best to solve problems for residents.
