The chef suddenly had a clever move, chopped the remaining lamb into minced pieces, and then added tofu, vermicelli, fennel white to make a filling, wrapped a lot of buns, but due to nervousness and noodles when the water was put in too much, and the noodles came out too soft, the buns could not stand up. The chef was in a hurry and burned the wrapped "bun" with a small bell.

Since then, Gaoping has added a kind of delicacy - Li Xi Jiao, and with the passage of time, people have written Li Xi Grab as Li Xi Jiao, which has been passed down to this day.
