Recently, the General Administration of Customs released the information on food and cosmetics that have not been admitted to the country in September 2021. In September 2021, the national customs detected 268 batches of unqualified food such as safety and health projects that were not allowed to enter the country in the port supervision link.

Among them, Zhuhai Select Import & Export Co., Ltd. imported three batches of 2160 kilograms of Homere brand quick-cooked macaroni produced by Hong Kong, China, and was refused entry because it contained animal source ingredients that were not subject to quarantine, involving three products: abalone chicken flavor, beef soup flavor and spicy winter vegetable soup flavor.

It is understood that Knorr is a condiment brand under Unilever. Unilever Group was formed in 1929 by the merger of margarine Unie margarine margarine margarine in the Netherlands and Lever Brothers soap company in the UNITED Kingdom. Headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and London, England, it is responsible for the food and detergent businesses respectively. In the 2020 Forbes Global 2000 list, Unilever ranked 110th.

Previously, three other batches of seasonings produced by Unilever were also refused entry by customs, namely:

In January 2021, Guangzhou Shipping & Distribution Commerce Co., Ltd. imported a batch of 57.6 kg of Jiale pork soup from the Philippines, which was not allowed to enter the country because it had not been allowed to enter the country.

In December 2020, two batches of seasonings imported by Dongshan Xinfa Trading Co., Ltd. from Taiwan, nominally produced by Unilever Co., Ltd., were refused entry due to their inclusion of ingredients that had not been quarantined and pork ingredients that had not been quarantined.

The General Administration of Customs said that the above unacmitted food has been returned or destroyed at the port in accordance with the law.
