Existing research inevitably links innovation cooperation when analyzing horizontal and vertical technology spillovers between suppliers and manufacturing enterprises, and analyzes the impact of technology spillovers on cooperation models. The common point of most scholars' spillover phenomena is that they have generated positive externalities on economic activities, but different forms of expression also bring about different supply chain decisions. However, green innovation leads to a reduction in emissions through technology spillovers, thereby increasing demand in green-sensitive markets and increasing revenue. At the same time, unlike other spillovers, due to the impact of externalities on the environment, it will reduce the cost of pollution treatment for enterprises, so this spillover effect is affected by market type and the degree of environmental regulation.
