如果，你有一列資料如下，某個單元格中的内容包含年齡和部門，中間用空格隔開，如 “30 銷售部”。你想要把那一列内容分列展示，應該如何操作呢？
If, for example, you have a column of data as follows, and the contents of a certain cell contains age and department separated by a space, such as “30 Sales”. You want to show the contents of that column separately, how should you do it?
當文本的格式比較統一時，比如下表兩項資訊間是由空格所間隔開，我們需要用到excel的一個功能：資料分列。

第一步：選中要進行内容分列的單元格。點選資料-分列，此時會彈出一個文本分列向導的第一步，總共三步。

當文本的格式比較規範，比如 空格，我們點選“分割符号”，然後點選下一步。
