Shen Yue (441-513), courtesy name Xiuwen, a native of Wukang County, Wuxing County (now part of Deqing, Zhejiang), was a politician, writer, historian, and official to Zuo Guanglu Dafu, Prince Shaofu, and Shizhong, and was the founding marquis of Jianchang County.

Shen Yue was the representative of the poets of the "Yongming Body", who created the theory of four voices and eight diseases, and was revered as the leader of the literary circle of the Southern Dynasty. Shen Yue wrote a poem "Xue Zan": "Fire competition is on the fire, and yin is also moist." Unique rain condensation posture, chastity and no martyrdom. "It is believed that snowflakes are like rainwater condensed in the sky, poignant and drifting, so that "condensed rain" becomes the elegant name of snow.
