He served Qianlong for ten years and was crowned as an imperial concubine for ten years, but he was killed by Qianlong for three generations

It is hard to imagine that a man from a wrapped background would be given to Qianlong by Yongzheng Qin as a side blessing, even if he looks at the entire history of the Great Qing Dynasty, it is extremely rare. Although she was a servant who served Qianlong for ten years, she won the favor of the amorous Tianzi and became the first imperial concubine of the Qianlong Dynasty, however, she could not have imagined that after her death, her family would suffer a tragic disaster, and she was almost killed by Qianlong for three generations.

He served Qianlong for ten years and was crowned as an imperial concubine for ten years, but he was killed by Qianlong for three generations

1. Daughter of the Governor of the Cloaked Family

Huixian Emperor Concubine, Gao Jiashi, university scholar Gao Bin daughter. Emperor Gaozong's residence is a side room of Fujin.

It is said that the ancestors of the Huixian Emperor's noble concubine Gao Shi lived in Liaoyang in the northeast, and the ancestor who entered the flag was called Gao Mingxuan, and Gao Mingxuan had no ability, except for the yellow flag wrapping of the Gao clan in his generation, he did not hold any official position. However, in the generation of Gao Dengyong, gao dengyong's son, the family began to enter the army, and Gao Dengyong became a Taoist, and this Gao Dengyong was the great-grandfather of Emperor Huixian's concubine.

Emperor Huixian's grandfather was named Gao Yanzhong ,高延中; Gao Yanzhong , a lieutenant of the Interior Ministry , langzhong ( langzhong ) and a senate leader , married Li Shi , the daughter of Li Yingchang , a suffragan of Fujian Grain Storage Province , and Li gave birth to three sons and two daughters , the third of whom was Gao Bin , the father of Emperor Huixian's concubines, and the Gao clan really became prominent, starting with Gao Bin.

Gao Bin served as the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the first year of Yongzheng, and in the fourth year of Yongzheng, he served as a weaver in Suzhou, and then successively served as a political envoy in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Henan. It was Gao Bin's specialty in governing the river that made him highly valued by Yongzheng, and even made his son Hongli marry Gao Bin's daughter, who was the huixian emperor's noble concubine Gao Shi.

2. The cloaked man who was fortunate enough to enter the royal palace

It is said that although the Gao clan came from a high-ranking bureaucratic family, its family belonged to the yellow flag of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and according to the regulations, the Gao clan needed to participate in the palace women's draft. Regarding the time when Gao clan participated in the palace election, there is no record in the historical records, and it is speculated that it should be before the marriage of the Fifth Year of Yongzheng, according to the data, before the marriage of the Hongli calendar, there were already several Gege (handmaidens) around him, and gao was likely to be among them.

That is to say, in the early years of Yongzheng, Gao Shi participated in the palace women's draft organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and after being selected, he was ordered by Yongzheng to serve hongli, who was still the fourth son of the emperor.

Here to talk about the marriage of the qing dynasty prince, generally speaking, the prince's concubine Fujin is designated by the emperor in the Eight Banners Showgirls, in addition to the Concubine Fujin, the Prince can also have two side Fujin, one of which is still designated by the Emperor in the Eight Flags Showgirls, and the other may be produced in the Gege (handmaiden) who has given birth to children for the Prince.

As you can see, the Gao clan from the Ministry of Internal Affairs wanted to become the side Fujin of the Hongli Calendar, and there was only one way, that is, to give birth to children for the Hongli Calendar, and the emperor could push the boat along the water and crown it as the Lateral Fujin.

He served Qianlong for ten years and was crowned as an imperial concubine for ten years, but he was killed by Qianlong for three generations

However, the Hongli (Qianlong) of the Qiandi period focused their attention on two Fucha women, one of his original empress Xiaoxian, and the other of whom was later posthumously honored as the noble concubine of the Zhe Mercy Emperor, who took almost all of Hongcha's children during the imperial period.

Gao's father, Gao Bin, was the governor of Yongzheng's river, and Yongzheng pointed out Gao to Hongli as a maid (丫鬟), with a very obvious intention, nothing more than to let Gao give birth to a man and a half-woman for his son Hongli, and then give him the title of Side Fu Jin. However, during the ten years that Gao Shi was in the Hongli Palace, there was no record of childbirth at all, of course, there was another possibility, that is, Gao Shi's poor health affected her fertility.

When Yongzheng saw that Gao Shi was unable to give birth, he could not wait, and on the first day of March of the twelfth year of Yongzheng, he issued an edict directly promoting Gao Shichao to the Hongli side Fujin:

"Prince Bao's handmaiden and Gao Bin's daughter were given the title of Wang Bian Fujin."

Subsequently, Gao's father gave Yongzheng a thank you fold:

"The daughter of Fu Nian Slave Cai is the most humble and lowly, and has received the grace of the Emperor, so that he can wait for Prince Bao, and now he is a superior among the handmaidens to be a side Fujin."

3. The second lord of the Qianlong Dynasty

In August of the thirteenth year of Yongzheng, Gao's father-in-law, the Yongzheng Emperor, died in the Yuanmingyuan, and on the third day of September, Prince Bao, Hongli, succeeded to the throne as the Qianlong Emperor. After Qianlong succeeded to the throne, on the twenty-fourth day of the same month, the Emperor Made Gao a noble concubine, second only to Empress Fucha of the Middle Palace, and belonged to the second lordship.

Moreover, on the day that Gao was made a noble concubine, Qianlong also ordered the Gao family to pull out the coat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and carry it into Manchuria with a yellow flag, and in this way, the Gao family ushered in a bright moment and became the people of the Three Banners, and they knew that for their own family, this was a great honor.

Sure enough, Gao Bin was very excited about this, and at that time he pleaded to enter Beijing for a visit, but Qianlong said:

"The political position of the two Huaiyan is the most important, and there is no need to come to Beijing." If there is nothing to play in early winter next year, please come to Beijing. Ru Nu has been made a noble concubine and ordered Ru to give out the flag, but this is a private favor that cannot be taken seriously. If you can encourage, public loyalty to the country, natural reward. If there is a slight failure to catch, and it is always impossible to be consistent, then how can it be punished, and how can it be the same as ordinary people? ”

The "Festivals as Usual Meal Bottom File" records:

On February 15 of the first year of Qianlong, slaughter was prohibited, "The empress dowager, the noble concubines of Chengqian Palace and Zhong Pu Palace, etc., all stop meat and add vegetarian food..."

It can be seen from this that Gao's residence in the early years of Qianlong should be Zhong Pu Palace.

In the second year of Qianlong, Gao shi accepted the canonization ceremony of the noble concubines, and the inscription is as follows:

"Only the government is the first to govern within." Zanya is yu Kunyuan. Rank Jin Chongban. PeiWoen was in Sundanese. Yizhang-style examination. The ceremony was a great event. Ershu Concubine Gao clan, Du Sheng ming clan. Ke Bei Ling Instrument. Be respectful and cautious. Be gentle and virtuous. The sound of the pepper is early. Degree of Synergy. Xuan Min Zhi Shu De Pi Zhao. Awarded the Honor. I hereby honor the Empress Dowager's edict. Take the treasure seal as a noble concubine. Erqi is only diligent in the day. Jingfu to condense auspiciousness. Be obedient. He Hongyu and Yan Qing. Thanks. ”

The daughter was crowned a noble concubine, and when the mother was certainly happy, for example, in the second year of Qianlong and the fifth year of Qianlong, Gao Bin's wife Ma Shi (Huixian's mother) entered the palace twice to meet her daughter, when she was a noble concubine, Ma Shi not only received many rewards, but also received the honor of watching a play with Qianlong.

4. An imperial concubine with a red face and a thin life

Although Gao Shi was favored in the harem of the Qing Dynasty, as we mentioned earlier, her health has not been very good, and in the first month of the tenth year of Qianlong, her condition gradually worsened, so that the old disease recurred, and finally she could not afford to be ill.

At that time, Qianlong was also very anxious, so he ordered Gao Shi to be made an imperial concubine, but he still failed to save the life of Aifei, and Gao Shi died of illness on the twenty-fifth day of the first month of the tenth year of Qianlong, and it was estimated that the age should be about 35 years old. Subsequently, Qianlong gave the title of Huixian Emperor's noble concubine, "Hui" means "spiritual" and "enlightened" in Manchu, and "Xian" can highlight Gao's talent, no wonder Empress Fucha was envious when she saw Gao's title, and asked herself to get the title of "Xian" after a hundred years.

On October 27, 177, Qianlong, Emperor Huixian's concubine, along with Empress Xiaoxian and Emperor Zhexian, was buried in the Yuling Underground Palace in Shengshuiyu, seven years after her death.

Huixian Emperor Noble Concubine Grand Sacrifice Text:

5. Tragic aftermath

After the death of Emperor Huixian's concubine, her father Gao Bin was also able to join the Imperial Household Division, serving as a co-founder university scholar, entering the Military Aircraft Department, and serving as a scholar of Wenyuange University in the twelfth year of Qianlong.

However, beginning in the thirteenth year of Qianlong, Gao Bin's official fortunes began to decline, and he was dismissed from the post of university scholar in the case of handling the case of Supervising the Family Property of Zhou Xuejian, the Governor of Jiangnan River, but was retained as the Governor of Hehe.

In the eighteenth year of Qianlong, When Chen Keji, Haiphong Tongzhi, And Wang Dexuan, and others in Waihe, Henan, lost their debts, Gao Bin was dismissed from his post for protecting his subordinates, and Qianlong asked him to work on the construction site to atone for his sins.

In March of the twentieth year of Qianlong, Gao Bin died on the construction site, but Qianlong still gave comfort, gave the title of "Wending", and in the fifty-first year of Qianlong, ordered that Gao Bin's tablet be enshrined in the Ancestral Hall of Xianliang.

It is said that this Gao Bin had three daughters, a son, the only son was called Gao Heng, Gao Heng used the shade of the family to become a yinsheng, and later he actually achieved the two Huai salt government, which is a fat difference, rich and oily, few people can hold it, Gao Heng is naturally no exception.

In the thirty-third year of Qianlong, Gao Heng was ordered by Qianlong to be executed by Qianlong for embezzlement, and at that time, the university scholar Fu Heng interceded for Gao Heng, saying that he would be lenient in the face of Emperor Huixian's noble concubines, but Qianlong said: "If the empress brothers break the law, what should they do?" When this sentence was uttered, Fu Heng immediately shut up.

He served Qianlong for ten years and was crowned as an imperial concubine for ten years, but he was killed by Qianlong for three generations

It is said that Gao Heng's eldest son was named Gao Pu, and Gao Pu was the nephew of Emperor Huixian's noble concubine, and originally, Gao Pu was not affected by the case of his father Gao Heng, and in the thirty-seventh year of Qianlong, he served as the left deputy capital of the Imperial Household, and soon after he was appointed as the right attendant of the military department.

In the forty-third year of Qianlong, Gao Pu was sent to Yeerqiang to do business, but secretly instructed the local civilians to mine jade and ask for gold treasures, and was soon reported by Yonggui, the minister of affairs of Wushi, and Qianlong ordered Gao Pu to be arrested and immediately executed. It is said that Qianlong also ordered that Gao Pu's body be thrown to the wolfhound and that it should not be buried and brought back to the interior.

Although the three generations of Gao Bin, Gao Heng, and Gao Pu were punished by Qianlong and even executed, the Gao clan did not decline, but since then they have joined the Manchurian family circle and become famous.

Zichen said:

Emperor Huixian's noble concubine Gao Shi absolutely had a pivotal position in the Qianlong harem, and this second-in-command of the harem of the Qing Dynasty had a great opportunity to ascend to the rear position, but he missed the opportunity because of his frailty and illness. Moreover, Gao Shi was unable to give birth to Qianlong for this reason, which was also her lifelong regret. Perhaps even she herself would not have imagined that after her death, her father, brothers, and nephews suffered one disaster after another, and eventually became a joke that people criticized Huixian's position in Qianlong's heart.
