author:Bright Net

Recently, various districts in the city have taken action to investigate and deal with the problem of carrying out off-campus training in disciplines in disguise, and a number of illegal school-running behaviors such as "crowdfunding tutoring," "underground training," and "unlicensed schooling" have been investigated and punished.

According to the Heping District Education Bureau, on December 5, the relevant units of the "double reduction" work class in Heping District launched an off-campus training surprise inspection operation, and 27 staff members went to 15 ledger locations in 6 groups for inspection. In a private house in Nanshi Street, the inspection team found that 8 primary school students and 2 teachers were carrying out subject training on the spot, and parents said that they were tutors hired by the students who knew each other; in a custodial class on Persuasion Field Street, dozens of students were found to be undergoing calligraphy training, and the blackboard of the on-site classroom still had the board book of subject training, and the custody class only held a business license and did not have a school license. This inspection found a total of 8 places where there were illegal school-running behaviors, of which 3 were illegally carried out discipline training in private houses, 2 were unlicensed to carry out discipline training, and 3 were unlicensed to carry out non-disciplinary training. For these locations, the inspection team issued rectification notices according to different circumstances, ordered the immediate cessation of the violations, and conducted separate interviews with the legal representatives of the relevant companies. In the next step, the Peace Zone will conduct irregular "retrospective" inspections of these locations to dynamically update the governance ledger.

Recently, Hexi District held a special meeting on the "double reduction" work class to deploy the "underground" illegal training special investigation and rectification action. The Hexi District Education Bureau, together with the Hexi Branch of the Public Security Bureau, the Hexi District Market Supervision Bureau and various streets, formed an "underground" joint inspection team of illegal off-campus training institutions to carry out joint inspections of "one-on-one", "crowdfunding tutoring", "high-end home economics", "residential teachers" and other illegal training behaviors. Since November 14, the joint inspection team has concentrated on cracking down on suspected illegal off-campus training behaviors such as unlicensed schools, renting venues, family-style private training, crowdfunding private training, etc. According to the clues it has, a total of 11 suspected illegal training venues have been penetrated, and 1 bookstore suspected of carrying out teaching activities in violation of the law has issued a rectification notice, requiring the immediate suspension of teaching behavior; 2 institutions suspected of running schools without licenses have been ordered to suspend their business for rectification; other institutions have also been ordered to stop business from epidemic prevention and control. Normative opinions and suggestions were put forward in terms of operating according to law. In the inspection carried out on November 28, in response to the illegal training behavior of the two typical "crowdfunding private training" that have just been trial-run, the joint inspection team promptly stopped the "crowdfunding private training" illegal discipline training from the source through on-site evidence collection and on-site investigation, and carried out policy publicity and criticism education for the organizers.
