According to the website of the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, a number of car companies have applied for the registration of meta-universe related trademarks, including SAIC, Geely, Ideal, Weilai, Xiaopeng and so on.
It is understood that in September this year, the ideal automobile affiliate company Beijing Chehejia Information Technology Co., Ltd. added a number of "meta-universe" and "ideal meta-universe" trademark application information; in October, SAIC Motor Group Co., Ltd. applied for the registration of nearly 100 trademarks containing the word "Cheyuan Universe"; in November, Guangdong Xiaopeng Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Weilai Automobile Co., Ltd. also applied for the registration of a number of "Xiaopeng Yuan universe" trademarks; Weilai also applied for the registration of a number of "Xiaopeng Yuan universe" trademarks; Weilai also applied for the registration of a number of "Xiaopeng Yuan universe" trademarks some time ago. Jointly with VR hardware vendor NOLO launched automotive short-throw NIO VR Glasses, and AR hardware manufacturer Nreal launched automotive-specific AR glasses NIO AR Glasses.
