According to the data, the registered capital of Shandong Fujikang Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is 100 million yuan, the two companies each contribute 50 million yuan, and the legal representative is Li Guangyao. The company's business scope includes intelligent basic manufacturing equipment manufacturing; intelligent control system integration; power electronic components manufacturing; integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Zhejiang Geely Production and Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and Futaihua Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and the two companies each hold 50% of the shares.
This is actually not the first time that Foxconn and Geely have cooperated, as early as January this year, Geely signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Foxconn, and the two sides will establish a joint venture company to provide FOUNDC production and customized consulting services for global automobile and travel companies.
