The China Transport Association recently released the "Internet Freight Platform Safety Operation Specification" group standard. It is understood that the specification clarifies the safety operation and management standards of Internet freight platform enterprises from 10 aspects such as overall requirements, driver and vehicle audit, safe operation, network and information security management, etc., and clarifies that the Internet freight platform refers to a platform that relies on the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, etc. to integrate and allocate transportation resources and engage in road cargo transportation services, including network freight platforms and freight transaction matching platforms.
In terms of safe operation, the specification requires that platform enterprises should sign service agreements with shippers and drivers respectively, and clarify the safety responsibilities that platform enterprises, shippers and drivers need to perform. Platform enterprises should conduct human consistency verification through bio-living recognition technology before the driver takes the order to ensure that the driver identified online is consistent with the driver who actually provides the service offline.
In terms of platform safety functions, the specification is clear that the Internet freight platform should have functions such as tracking and monitoring in transit, user privacy number protection, loading and unloading safety monitoring, path yaw identification and early warning, abnormal driving status, and fatigue driving reminder.
According to the relevant person in charge of the cargo lala safety team, the release of the safety operation specification of the Internet freight platform has an important role in promoting the standardized and healthy development of the industry and actively improving the protection of the rights and interests of drivers in the freight industry. In the future, the safety operation level of China's Internet freight platform, the labor safety guarantee of drivers, and the ability to troubleshoot risks and deal with emergencies are expected to be greatly improved.
In recent years, with the development of new internet freight formats, a large number of Internet freight platforms relying on the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other integrated transportation resource allocation have emerged, effectively solving prominent problems such as empty capacity and waiting for goods for a long time, improving logistics efficiency and reducing transportation costs, but at the same time, there are also some freight logistics industry entities that violate laws and regulations, exceed the limit and overload, dishonest operation and other issues, further improve the platform safety operation rules, and promote the introduction of standards and specifications for service quality. In this context, the introduction of standard group standards has effectively filled the gap in the security standards of Internet freight platform enterprises. (Reporter Ye Haoming)
