On January 15, Shuifa Clean Energy Company and Hunan Shuifa Xingye Green Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shuifa Xingye Energy (00750.HK), successfully handed over the assets and management authority of three securitization projects totaling 47MW that had completed the share transfer, marking an increase of 2.65 percentage points in the asset securitization rate of Shuifa Energy Group.
Shuifa Energy deeply implements the requirements of asset securitization of Shuifa Group, actively promotes asset securitization, and selects three high-quality projects for implementation, namely Xintai Zhongmu 20MW Nongguang Complementary Project, Dongying Tianze 25MW Yuguang Complementary Project and Heze Guangyao 2MW Internal Collaboration Project. Shuifa Clean Energy Company actively cooperated, took the initiative to act, and carried out stubble pressing, prepared the project handover work at the first time after the signing of the share transfer agreement, handed over and promoted the internal investment and development department, the financial department, the operation management department and the organization and personnel department, and the two sides completed the on-site data inventory, equipment inspection and personnel relationship transfer at the same frequency, which lasted 1 week to successfully complete all the work, becoming a platform company for the Water Development Group to achieve the goal of asset securitization in 2021.
The total installed capacity of the asset securitization project completed this time is 47MW, which can achieve an annual power generation of more than 63 million kWh and an operating income of 48.4913 million yuan, which will become a new profit growth point for Hunan Shuifa Xingye Green Energy Company.
