In 1991, Wang Yuanping graduated from Wenshan Prefecture Normal School for Nationalities and came to teach at the Central School of Jiahanqing Town, Maguan County, completing the role swap from student to teacher, and realizing his dream of podium. At work, she believes in the education of love, and the class she leads has become a benchmark class for a time. In 1994, Wang Yuanping was transferred to Yanshan County Jiangna Town to teach at the Gunka Primary School, where she used her spare time to make comprehensive home visits to more than 70 children in the district, and the students in need received her motherly care. In my teaching career, the most memorable thing for me was in 2011, when a classmate from Honghe Prefecture was transferred from our class, and due to family divorce, he often skipped school.
In 2018, Wang Yuanping was diagnosed with breast cancer, and the endless chemotherapy and treatment made her "even want to give up". In the end, her long-cherished career in education persevered. For more than six years, she has persisted in fighting the disease, receiving treatment and working hard, and has never stopped learning theory and practice. During this period, he wrote scientific research and education teaching papers, published 5 provincial publications, won 14 provincial first, second and third prizes, 7 state second prizes, and 6 county-level first and second prizes. Her feelings and love for education, as well as her optimism and open-mindedness, have supported the weight of her life, and she has sung the hymn of life again and again on the road to fight cancer.
"If you choose to face the disease bravely, you must have the courage to live and create more value for education." In 2022, the county sounded the clarion call for the high-quality development of education, and she endured the pain and devoted all her energy to improving the teaching quality of primary schools and did it herself. In order to promote teachers from "hodgepodge" to "specialization", she has successively organized and promoted the pilot reform of teacher specialization in the central primary schools of Weimo Township and Ameng Town. When the promotion of the work was blocked, Wang Yuanping took his luggage and lived in the school, and through personal demonstrations and collective exchanges, the teachers' ideological concerns were relieved, and the reform was smoothly promoted.
