Recently, Kerui Oil & Gas's new China VI standard 2500 ultra-high pressure fracturing equipment was successfully rolled off the production line in Kerui High-end Petroleum Equipment Industrial Park and successfully sent to the shale gas operation site of Southwest Oil and Gas Field.
The recoverable reserves of continental shale gas exceed 30 trillion cubic meters, ranking first in the world, but the development and utilization is still in its infancy. Due to the deep burial, poor abundance and complex geological structure, the reservoir has low pore characteristics and extremely low matrix permeability, which brings great difficulties and challenges to effective development.
In recent years, relying on its independent research and development platform, Kerui Oil & Gas has continued to tackle key problems in segmented fracturing technology, and has carried out "volumetric transformation" of shale reservoirs through a new generation of ultra-high pressure fracturing vehicles, accelerating the exploration and development of continental shale gas.
This type of fracturing car adopts the new type of welded special customized chassis of China VI, without the need to install a subframe, the top equipment is directly installed, which is more than 100mm lower than the center of gravity of the traditional universal chassis, and it is safer to drive. The total mileage of the full load road test is 4800km, which fully verifies the reliability of the product; the double-ring new oilfield special gearbox is adopted, and the built-in brakes replace the external brake discs to avoid the risk of brake failure and overheating and fire, and the operation is safer; the transmission system is optimized and designed, the speed ratio difference is small, the gear shift is more supple, and the impact on the engine and pump is smaller.
The use of MTU engine, powerful, mature and reliable, overhaul period of more than 10,000 hours, can meet the needs of large displacement and high pressure construction, the highest pressure of 140MPa; independently developed intelligent pump control system, vehicles can be freely numbered, free grouping; pressure test function with manual, automatic mode, equipment operation is more simple; strong compatibility, remote control can be compatible with instrument vehicles, remote control boxes, tablet computers, etc., can monitor construction parameters, early warning information, historical reports, construction curves, fault information, etc., integrated 3. High degree of automation and intelligence.
