And unlike the previous sealing of the water tank and sewage tank in the base station, this time we can very intuitively see the water tank and dust collection part of the stone G10S.
Above the base station, from left to right, are sewage tanks, clear water tanks and dust collection tanks. Due to the need to free up some space for the dust collection system, the G10S water tank is slightly slimmer, the water tank provides a capacity of 3L, and the sewage tank provides a capacity of 2.5L. However, this capacity is still able to meet the user's daily use of battery life.
It is worth mentioning that this time G10S added a silver ion sterilization module in the water tank, which solves the problem of odor produced by sewage after too long a time in the sewage tank, because the bacteriostatic effect of silver ions effectively avoids the production of odors. At the same time, the G10S mop also adds silver ion antibacterial material, so that G10S can achieve a certain degree of bacteriostatic effect on the indoor floor during the cleaning process.

The far right is the new dust collection system of the G10S, which has a built-in 2.5L large-capacity dust bag, which can meet the dust collection needs of users for up to 60 days and realize the "lazy person" experience of dumping garbage almost once every two months. The dust collection system also provides up to 27000Pa dust collection suction power, and it only takes 15-30 seconds to clean the dust box in different modes, and the specific effect will be shown later in the actual measurement part.
The lower part of the base station, mainly the G10S mop cloth self-cleaning part, using the same cleaning method as G10, cleaning, the detachable high-speed cleaning brush driven by the motor, can fit the mop to achieve high-speed reciprocating rotation brushing, effectively remove the dirt on the surface of the mop. At the same time, a one-way scraper is also placed underneath, which can automatically scrape the sewage in the cleaning tank during the process of moving with the cleaning module, avoid hiding dirt and dirt, and realize the self-cleaning of the cleaning tank.

At the bottom of the machine, it is mainly side brushes, universal wheels, main wheels, mop, glue brushes and other components, and the entire layout is basically the same as the G10.
The mop covers nearly half of the area at the bottom, which is the key to efficient cleaning.
In the sweeping part, the stone G10S uses a glue brush instead of the common brush on the market, which has the advantage of avoiding hair entanglement when cleaning.
Of course, the bottom of the fuselage has also added a number of sensors, such as low-carbon identification sensors on the side of the universal wheel, which is very important for robots like G10S sweeping and dragging, if the carpet cannot be accurately identified, then it is easy to wet the carpet during the cleaning process, especially in the mopping mode, causing losses. Therefore, after the carpet is recognized, the stone G10S can switch to the sweep-only mode and actively raise the mop module to avoid the occurrence of wetting the carpet.
Cleaning test: automatic dust collection, experience a full rise
Of course, as a sweeping robot, everyone cares about its cleaning ability after all, so after adding automatic dust collection, what kind of performance can the stone G10S bring to us? Let's first take a look at its sweeping ability, this time the G10S upgraded the sweeping mode, the suction force reached 5100Pa, which brought a great improvement to its cleaning performance.
Actual tests can see that whether it is confetti, dust, granules, or hair, it can be easily handled, and there is no problem in daily home cleaning.
And thanks to the omnidirectional floating rubber brush module used this time, it can solve the problem of hair entanglement very well, we take down the glue brush after cleaning the hair, you can see that there is almost no winding, this experience really has to give a good review, I believe that the pet family can feel the obvious improvement in experience after use.
After completing the sweeping task, the robot will return to the base station for charging, at which time it will automatically begin to integrate, we compared the cleanliness of the dust box before and after the dust collection, the effect is still very obvious.
In addition, it should be mentioned that, in general, when collecting dust, a large noise will be generated, so the stone G10S has also added a corresponding noise reduction design, which effectively absorbs noise by using a combination of dense suction holes and sound-absorbing foam. In actual tests, when the G10S collects dust, the noise is about 80db or so, which is equivalent to the sound decibels in a busy car road.
Looking at the mopping part, the stone G10S adopts the combination of the liftable mop plate and the acoustic vibration mod module to ensure that the cleaning task can be completed excellently. Let's first look at the measured effect.
It can be seen that whether it is a dry dirt such as flour, or a stain such as soy sauce and ketchup, the stone G10S can complete the cleaning very effectively, and it can be said that for the most basic cleaning functions, the G10S can be very competent.
The G10S features an upgradable mop plate and is a design of independent suspension that allows the mop to fit more smoothly to the ground during cleaning, further improving the moping effect. And its characteristics of lifting and lowering can be used when needed, such as backwashing, when encountering carpet, raising the mop to avoid causing the more dirty and wet the carpet.
We also mentioned its self-cleaning module of the mop cloth earlier, so how effective is it? Let's also look at the comparison, the result is still very intuitive, G10S can effectively achieve the cleaning of the mop.
What is more interesting is that the stone G10S robot adopts the design of its own water tank, which can effectively improve the endurance of the mop, but there is also a problem of adding water to the water tank.
