Luotian County 2024 Open Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Kindergarten Teachers Interview Announcement

According to the "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Open Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Province in 2024" (Ejiao Renhan [2024] No. 2) and the "Announcement on the Open Recruitment of Primary and Secondary School Kindergarten Teachers in Luotian County in 2024", in accordance with the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, in order to effectively do a good job in the open recruitment and interview of primary and secondary school kindergarten teachers in our county in 2024, the relevant matters related to the interview are hereby announced as follows:

1. Adjust the proportion of interviews for some positions

It was originally planned to recruit 120 people, including 110 teachers for the new mechanism and 10 for kindergarten teachers. The number of shortlisted interviews has not reached the required interview shortlisted ratio due to the insufficient number of applicants or unqualified interview qualification review, candidates voluntarily give up and other reasons, because the five positions are all professional positions in urgent need of the recruiting unit, and the county recruitment leading group agrees to appropriately reduce the proportion of the examination, and all the qualified personnel of the qualification review enter the interview, and the specific adjustment of the examination ratio is as follows:

The new mechanism plans to recruit 2 people for the position of primary school science teacher, and 3 people pass the interview qualification review, and the ratio of the examination is reduced to 1:1.5; the new mechanism plans to recruit 6 people for the post of junior high school physics teacher, and 9 people pass the interview qualification review, and the ratio of the examination is reduced to 1:1.5; the new mechanism plans to recruit 1 person for the position of junior high school geography teacher, and 2 people pass the interview qualification review, and the ratio of the examination is reduced to 1:2; the new mechanism plans to recruit 1 person for the position of junior high school biology teacher, and 2 people pass the interview qualification review, and the ratio of the examination is reduced to 12. The new mechanism plans to recruit 5 junior high school chemistry teachers, and 13 people will pass the interview qualification review, reducing the opening ratio to 1:2.5.

2. Interview work arrangement

After the written examination and interview qualification review, a total of 345 people from 23 positions entered the interview. The specific interview arrangements are as follows.

(1) The interview announcement is released

(2) Time, place and group arrangement of the interview

1. Time: July 6, time one day. Candidates are required to arrive at the interview venue before 7:00 a.m. on the same day. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the venue after the official start of the interview at 8:00, and candidates who do not arrive on time will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.

2. Location: Luotian County Experimental Middle School (No. 38, East Yishui North Road, Fengshan Town, County).

3. Interview grouping: In accordance with the principle of completing the interview under the conditions of the same group, the same question book, the same judges, and the same time period, the interview is divided into ten groups, and the specific grouping and number of people are shown in the annex.

(3) The content and method of the interview

The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and work skills of the candidates suitable for the position, and the interviews of various disciplines in primary and junior high schools are mainly conducted in the form of lectures; Interviews for pre-kindergarten positions are conducted in the form of lectures and talent shows. 100 out of 100 points.

The content and format of the interview. The first is the content of the lecture: the content of the fifth and sixth grade textbooks is used for each subject of primary school, the content of the eighth and ninth grade textbooks is used for each subject of junior high school, and the content of the large class textbook is used for kindergarten. The second is the content and form of kindergarten talent show. The talent show is self-playing and singing of the electronic piano and a cappella dance, and the electronic piano is self-playing and singing by drawing a brief score of a children's or children's song on the spot, and playing and singing with the electronic piano to test the basic skills that candidates should have in preschool education. A cappella dance is a cappella performance by selecting a children's dance topic on the spot, and testing the basic dance skills that candidates should have in early childhood education. An electronic keyboard or electric piano is available in the interview room.

Music, physical education, and art courses must have teaching demonstrations, and the interview room provides electronic piano or electric piano, gymnastics mats, colored pens, and drawing boards.

(4) Interview materials

The textbooks for this interview are the current textbooks used in the corresponding school section of our county. The textbook version is as follows:

1. Primary school teacher positions: (1) Primary school Chinese, mathematics, morality and rule of law are all published by the People's Education Press; (2) Primary School English as a Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press; (3) Primary school art is the People's Fine Arts Publishing House; (4) Primary school physical education is the People's Education Publishing House (teacher's book); (5) Primary school music for the People's Music Publishing House; (6) Primary School Science is the People's Education Publishing House and Hubei Education Press; (7) Primary school labor technology for the People's Education Publishing House, Chongshu Publishing House; (8) Primary school mental health is Changjiang Publishing Media and Hubei Science and Technology Press.

2. Junior high school teacher positions: (1) Junior high school Chinese, mathematics, English, morality and rule of law, history, physics, chemistry, biology, and physical education are all published by the People's Education Press; (2) Junior high school geography is China Map Publishing House; (3) Junior high school music is the People's Music Publishing House; (4) The junior high school art is the People's Fine Arts Publishing House.

3. The position of preschool education teacher in kindergarten is Changjiang Publishing Media and Changjiang Juvenile and Children's Publishing House (teacher's reference book).

(5) Relevant requirements and precautions

1. Before 7:00 a.m. on the day of the interview, candidates should enter the venue with their valid ID cards and "Interview Notice", and gather in the designated waiting room for the invigilator to verify the identity of the candidates. If you are unable to continue the interview due to illness or other reasons during the interview, you will be deemed to have voluntarily given up your interview qualifications.

2. Candidates who participate in this interview should attend the interview at the designated time and place with their ID card and interview notice according to the requirements of the notice. Candidates are not allowed to wear any jewelry, markers, badges, timing tools, etc. to enter the examination room, and those who violate the rules will be disqualified from the interview.

3. Candidates must draw lots in the designated waiting room with a valid ID card and attend the interview in the order of lottery. If you are unable to participate in the interview for any reason or cannot continue the interview due to illness or other reasons during the interview, you will be deemed to have given up voluntarily.

4. During the interview, the method of entering the closed area will be adopted, and the closure will be lifted after the interview. In addition to the prescribed supplies, it is not allowed to bring any storage, communication and other equipment such as electronic notepads, mobile phones, voice recorders, etc. into the waiting room. Otherwise, it will be treated as a violation and the interview qualification will be cancelled.

5. During the waiting room, you are not allowed to leave the waiting room without authorization, and if there are special circumstances, you must be accompanied by the examination staff. Otherwise, it will be treated as a violation and the interview qualification will be cancelled.

6. Candidates will be guided into the examination room by the examination staff. During the interview, only the lottery sequence number is allowed, and it is strictly forbidden to disclose any information that can prove personal identity, otherwise it will be treated as a violation and the interview qualification will be cancelled.

7. Candidates should be interviewed according to the requirements. The interview must be stopped immediately at the end of the interview time.

8. Obey the command and management of the staff in the examination room, and abide by the interview discipline. Wait for the test at the designated location and follow the designated route. No loud noises, no smoking, keep quiet, and don't disturb others. It is not allowed to make trouble unreasonably, and it is not allowed to insult, threaten, or retaliate against the examination staff. After the interview, the scores will be announced and signed for confirmation before leaving the test room.

9. Interview supplies such as textbooks, pens and paper required for the interview will be provided uniformly.

10. During the interview process, resolutely put an end to the fraudulent behavior of candidates, and once verified, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled and recorded. After the interview, candidates should leave the test center immediately under the guidance of the instructor and should not be stranded.

11. Candidates who violate the discipline of open recruitment shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions" (Order No. 35 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), and those suspected of committing a crime shall be promptly transferred to the judicial organs for handling.

(6) Test center setting

The interview and test center is equipped with an office of the test center, an infirmary, an isolation room, a security room, and a monitoring room, and each interview group is equipped with a waiting room, a preparation room, and a lecture room.

The interview and test center is fully enclosed and the communication is fully blocked.

(7) Interview process

1. Security check. Candidates must present a valid second-generation resident ID card and an interview notice and arrive at the security check of the examination room on time to consciously undergo the security check.

2. Draw lots for the exam. Candidates draw lots to determine the order of interviews. The lottery will be conducted at one time according to the interview group, section and discipline. Candidates shall fill in the lottery registration form with the serial number of the lottery interview and sign it, and the lottery registration form will be collected and sealed by the office of the examination room.

3. Remarks. After the start of the examination, the candidates for the first interview of each group of the section and discipline will draw the interview question number on the spot. The preparation time for interviews in primary and junior high schools is 30 minutes, and the preparation time for interviews for preschool positions in kindergartens is 40 minutes.

4. Interview. After the preparation time is over, the candidate will bring the lecture script, and the guide will bring it into the interview room to start the interview. The interview time for each subject in primary and junior high schools shall not exceed 10 minutes, and the interview time for preschool positions in kindergarten shall not exceed 15 minutes.

5. Calculation and confirmation of interview scores. Interview scores are based on a 100-point system. Among them, the three items of kindergarten speaking, electronic piano self-playing and self-singing and a cappella dance are scored on a 100-point system, and the interview score = 40% of the lecture × + 30% of the electronic piano self-playing and singing × + 30% of the × of a cappella dance. The interview score is calculated by removing the highest score and removing the lowest score, and taking the average score of the remaining five examiners. Candidates' scores are accurate to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is "rounded". Candidates will be guided out of the examination room by the guide after listening to the interview results and signing for confirmation.

6. The overall score is announced. After the interview, the candidates' interview results and total scores (total score = written test score ×40% + interview score ×60%) will be announced on the Luotian County People's Government website. The candidate's total score is accurate to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is "rounded".

3. The minimum passing score of the interview score

After the announcement of the interview, if the shortlisted candidates do not reach the prescribed proportion due to factors such as candidates' abstentions, they will not be replaced. If a candidate is absent, abstains, or violates discipline during the interview, his or her interview score will be calculated as zero. The full score of the interview is 100 points, and if the candidate's interview score is less than 60 points, he or she will not be allowed to enter the next link. For positions where the actual number of interviews is less than or equal to the number of recruits, and the interview score reaches 75 points or above, they can enter the stage of physical examination and inspection.

4. Other matters

1. This announcement shall be interpreted by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the County Education Bureau.

2. The unfinished matters shall be researched and decided by the county recruitment leading group and announced.
