The driver, Master Liu, said they set off from Jinzhou and took their families to the Municipal People's Hospital for medical treatment. He went from the Luancheng East Railway Station of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway to the exit of the chemical park, found that the tire pressure of the car dropped, suspected that the tire was punctured, so he stopped at the exit to replace the spare tire.
Officer Ma inspected and found that the wheel should have been pierced before the nail, and in the high-speed driving, the nail was thrown away, and the tire of the car was deflated after it was completely out of gas.
