In December 2013, the Haikou police station in Hainan Province received an unusual call from the police. The person who called the police was Sister Yang, a local in Hainan, who said that she found a woman who had fallen into a manhole and needed to be rescued by the police.
Five minutes later, the police from the Binhai Police Station arrived at the scene and found a woman in very poor condition in the well, her face was pale, her body parts were swollen, and she emitted a stench of sewers, and it seemed that she had been in the water for a while.

Pushed into the manhole
Originally from Hunan, Ms. Guo has been a teacher for many years and is now 46 years old.
At the end of 2013, she received an invitation from a friend to travel to Hainan, thinking that the temperature in Hainan was suitable in winter, and she happened to have nothing to do, so Ms. Guo agreed to her friend.

Three or four years ago, Ms. Guo met Guo in a mahjong parlor, because of fate and personality, the two became friends, often dating to play mahjong together, and this distress was also deliberately done by the man.
Hearing such an answer, the police hurriedly inspected the scene of the crime, and finally found that there was a camera in the alley on the side, which was very likely to capture the incident of the day.
It was 7 o'clock in the evening three days ago, it was raining heavily, Ms. Guo and Guo appeared near this street with an umbrella, and the umbrella holder was a man Guo.

Ms. Guo stubbornly held the wellhead, and Guo pressed hard several times when she saw this, but she felt that she couldn't use it, so she began to kick with her feet.
One wanted to survive, the other wanted to kill someone, and the two were deadlocked, but in the end, because Ms. Guo was physically exhausted, she fell into the well.
After falling, Ms. Guo didn't dare to squeak, she was afraid that Guo would harm her again, and wanted him to mistakenly think that he was unconscious in the well.
However, in order to ensure that the matter would not be exposed in a short period of time, Guo, who had been premeditated, hurriedly took the manhole cover and sealed the scene of the crime.
It seemed that she was worried that Ms. Guo would climb out, and for the next period of time, Guo did not leave the vicinity, and even ran back to check the situation after walking for ten minutes.
Seeing that the people in the well did not scream or make trouble, and had no intention of climbing out, Guo thought to himself that maybe she had drowned, and left after observing the condition of the wellhead for a while.
The next day, Guo, who was worried about this matter, turned back again, picked up a waste wooden board and covered it on the manhole cover, and left the scene again after making sure that there was no movement underground.
Extreme survival
The moment she fell into the manhole sewage, Ms. Guo thought she was dead, it was full of domestic sewage, the water quality was dark and thick, and the smell was very pungent, which made Ms. Guo dizzy.
The whole manhole is 3.2 meters deep, and because it has rained for several days, there is 1.7 meters of water in the well, but even so, Ms. Guo is still a long way from the wellhead.
Because she has been living inland, Ms. Guo's swimming skills are 0, and when she just fell into the well, she choked on several mouthfuls of sewage because of her lack of height, which greatly affected her psychologically.
Fortunately, there is a pipe in this well, which allows Ms. Guo, who is not tall enough, to step on the pipe and expose her head to the water. At first, she wanted to call for help, but when she passed this road, there were no other pedestrians on the road, and there were pedestrians walking outside the wellhead.
It wasn't until it was determined that there were many pedestrians coming and going on the street that Ms. Guo began to survive against the stench.
"Help! Is there anyone! I'm in the well!" Ms. Guo shouted, but there were few people walking on the road, and the noisy environment made Ms. Guo's faint cry for help difficult to detect.
The strong will to survive made Ms. Guo think that there were still hundreds of yuan in cash in her clothes pocket, so he drew 200 yuan and tied it to an umbrella, and tried to hand the money out of the hole in the manhole cover, hoping that someone would notice that there was actually a person under the manhole cover.
However, when someone passed by, before Ms. Guo could open her mouth to call for help, she directly withdrew the money, not noticing anything wrong at all, after all, in the provincial capital, no one would have thought that such a magical murder scene was around him.
In this way, Ms. Guo spent another day in the stench environment of the well despite hunger.
At the beginning of a new day, Ms. Guo no longer had much strength on her body, and she clearly realized that if she could not find a way to call for help, she would really disappear into the world silently.
In desperation, she suddenly found a pipe sticking out near the manhole cover, staring at it for a long time, Ms. Guo took off all the clothes on her body, and also dismantled the umbrella, tied them together to form a rope ladder, and then kept throwing the rope.
Eventually, I climbed near the manhole cover in this way and lifted a part of the manhole cover!
When Sister Yang passed by, she saw a white hand stretched out, which startled her, but fortunately, she reacted in time and hurriedly stepped forward to help, and after removing the manhole cover, she comforted Ms. Guo with the smell and called the police for help.
"When I came out, I lost my strength and lay motionless on the ground, and friendly people came and helped me wrap my clothes, cover my underwear, and someone helped me hold an umbrella. Ms. Guo recalled.
With surveillance evidence and the victim's testimony, Guo was immediately arrested by the police, and he confessed to what he had done, but he said that he did not want to kill, saying that the two were lovers, because Ms. Guo "cheated", so he wanted to teach her a lesson.
Not only that, but he also said that he didn't invite Ms. Guo to Hainan at all, it was entirely because he came here to play, and then he stalked himself and came over.
In this regard, Ms. Guo was extremely angry, she said: "He is simply in debt and doesn't want to pay back!"
Ms. Guo said that because the two had known each other for a long time, when Guo opened her mouth and told her that she wanted to do business, Ms. Guo lent him a small amount of 100,000 yuan one after another, but Guo kept shirking and did not want to repay the money.
In December, Guo called and said that a friend from Hainan wanted to repay him, so he invited Ms. Guo to go to Hainan and come over to have a fun by the way. In line with her trust in her fellow countrymen, Ms. Guo agreed, but she didn't expect such a thing to happen.
Both sides insisted on their own words, but after the police investigation, everything Guo said could not be proven, and Ms. Guo's side was ironclad, and even the surveillance in various places in Haikou could prove that this was a murder case that had been planned for a long time.
In the end, Guo was sentenced to life for intentional homicide and deprived of political rights for life, seeing that he is about to turn 50 years old, even if he is released from prison, it is estimated that he will die soon.
However, Guo was not satisfied with this and boldly filed a second instance, but the court rejected his request and upheld the original judgment.
