On January 31, 2024, the Guangzhou Adhering to and Developing the "Fengqiao Experience" Innovation Achievement Exchange Conference in the New Era was held at South China University of Technology. The exchange meeting was organized by the Safety Office of the Guangzhou Municipal Party Committee and South China University of Technology, and Comrade Sun Taiping, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, attended and delivered a speech. After multiple links such as project selection, key cultivation, promotion and display, and expert review, the "No. 10 Studio 'Dispute Resolution Method' for Grassroots Contradictions and Disputes" jointly declared by the Organization Department of the Huadu District Party Committee and the Political and Legal Committee of the District Party Committee, and the "People's Online Appeal 'Three-All' Disposal Work Method" declared by the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee stood out from 80 participating projects in the city, and were respectively awarded the "Top Ten Fengqiao Working Methods" and "Excellent Fengqiao Working Methods" in Guangzhou in 2023.

Huadu District has created a "No. 10 Studio" mechanism, with "the 10th of each month" as the centralized service day, and with the goal of "very satisfied" by the masses, to create an "online and offline" dual platform and a "five-step" closed-loop mechanism. Under the leadership of leading cadres, party representatives, people's congress deputies, CPPCC members and lawyers were organized to visit the villages, go deep into the villages to collect social conditions and public opinions, mediate contradictions and disputes, and solve the problems of the masses' "urgency, difficulty and longing", so that "small things do not go out of the village, big things do not go out of the town (street), and contradictions do not turn in", a total of more than 4,500 problems have been collected, supervised and mediated, and the mass satisfaction rate has reached 100%, and it has been rated as the "Top Ten Fengqiao Work Methods" in Guangzhou in 2023.

Huadu District actively practices the online mass line, constantly explores and innovates the working method of message handling on the leadership message board of the People's Daily Online, establishes the "1+3+7" message handling working mechanism, innovates and creates the "three-full work method", resolves the contradictions and disputes at the grassroots level of the network in a timely manner, and makes every effort to build Huadu's "online Fengqiao", which has solved more than 1,500 mass problems and demands, and has long ranked in the forefront of the city's handling work, and has been rated as the "excellent Fengqiao-style work method" in Guangzhou in 2023. The Propaganda Department of Huadu District Party Committee has been rated as "Online Mass Work and People's Gathering Unit" by People's Daily Online for three consecutive years.
A "one-stop" platform for conflict and dispute resolution
Huashan Town Comprehensive Management Center was rated as a first-class comprehensive treatment center in Guangzhou
In 2023, after multiple links such as town (street) declaration, district-level preliminary evaluation, municipal-level review, and soliciting opinions, the Municipal Party Committee Safety Office finally determined that 20 town (street) comprehensive treatment centers will be first-level comprehensive treatment centers, 32 town (street) comprehensive treatment centers will be second-level comprehensive treatment centers, and 36 town (street) comprehensive treatment centers will be third-level comprehensive treatment centers. The comprehensive treatment center of Huashan Town in our district was rated as the first-level comprehensive treatment center of Guangzhou, the comprehensive treatment center of Xinhua Street was rated as the second-level comprehensive treatment center, and the comprehensive treatment center of Xiuquan Street, Huadong Town and Shiling Town was rated as the third-level comprehensive treatment center. At the achievement exchange meeting, the Municipal Party Committee Safety Office awarded on-site commendations to the streets (towns) where the 20 first-level comprehensive management centers in Guangzhou are located.
In recent years, all departments at all levels in Huadu District have deeply studied and comprehended the scientific connotation of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, firmly anchored the goal of "small things do not go out of the village, big things do not go out of the town, and contradictions do not turn in", adhere to the integration of governance resources, use the rule of law, strengthen scientific and technological support, and fully implement social contradiction investigation and early warning, source prevention, and diversified solutions, and have emerged the "Grassroots Contradictions and Disputes 'No. 10 Studio' Dispute Resolution Law", "People's Daily Online Message Handling 'Three All' Work Method", and the "Four Passes Law" for Letters and Visits A large number of "Fengqiao-style work models" that respond to people's concerns and meet the needs of the masses have been explored, such as the "one-stop consultation" professional mediation of Shiling Kuaiwei Center, the "5+6" rule of law benefiting enterprises in the rule of law park of the automobile industry base, the "two-way co-management" of mobile party members, and the "new new Xiangyin 520" of mobile personnel 10 town and street comprehensive management centers, including the Huashan Town Comprehensive Management Center, have been upgraded and built, creating a safer and more stable social environment for the high-quality development of Huadu, and effectively promoting the construction of a higher level of safety and rule of law in Huadu.
